I just saw Simone, this morning from her home in Bergenbach. She looks great for 94 yrs young! She answered some questions from young children. Talk about survival and protection from Jehovah! He did not remove the trial she faced but helped her to focus on the bigger picture! She and her parents survived. The experience of her sent to a prison reform school and what she went through for 2 yrs. No talking, not allowed. Those who broke this rulr wwrs punished extremely. The children were from 5 yrs of age up to 14 yrs old. The beatings, the rape and other horrors. But never at any time was this dear lady punished by or raped by those in charge of the reform prison. Her experience has courage and deep faith in Almight God, whose name is Jehovah! Psalms 83:18 (LORD is a title not a personal name)
Strong and smart, knows the importance of her story, and the special importance of her key observations and "takeaways". May we each of us stand for justice and grace in the face of bullying, fearful submission, and evil.
Never was she rude or disrespectful towards the Catholic faith. People need to READ her book for more clarification and understanding. English (clearly) isn't her 1st language so you lose some context when she speaks. Read the book ppl, you'll will learn so much and have a clearer understandingof this discussion.
I was brought up Catholic but I'm sick and tired of all these religious differences. I have no inclination to read the Bible either. I never ask people what their beliefs are, I accept them as they are.
amazing personal story.....such firmly held beliefs! does show the dark side of the 'christain's' who threw aside the first commandment!!!! such faith . the powers of the drums of war to drown out...'love one another' --wasn't that crucial commandment!!..JW's remembered! good for them.
It is more than having a religious belief. The witnesses were the only prisoners who could sign a letter to be released from the camps. They had to say they renounced gods kingdom as the only hope for humanity. Very few signed the letter and most remained in tne camps despite the terrible conditions, rather than comprise their faith. That's faith.
Oh dear, typical Jehovah’s Witness. Not even 5 minutes in and she’s already trying to badmouth Catholics and start her proselytizing. Thankfully the interviewer brings her back to answer the questions.
She is sharing her life story. She remains respectful throughout the interview, very calm, well spoken actually. Considering what she endured firsthand, it's a miracle she is not bitterly angry.
She has nothing to be ashamed of. The Nazis and the Pope/Vatican had a very cordial relationship during the holocaust years. Priests blessed Hitlers Army and encouraged them to fight the good fight for Germany not caring if Catholics were killing Catholics. Tell me of any Jehovah's Witnesses who have encouraged war or praised the killing of other witnesses? You can't because it goes against our beliefs and what the Bible teaches.
Hello Sister, reading facing the lion at this current time was given as a gift for my baptism. SO BEAUTIFUL AND UP BUILDING ❤

Such a lovely lady. I listened with rapt attention.
Hola, con todo mi respeto pido subtitulo, el inglés no llega a todo el mundo
Ampliemos memoria para todo el planeta
Were Mormons also in the concentration camps? This woman was certainly firm in her beliefs. Her story is more than very interesting.
They were not.

If only 144,000 souls go to heaven according to JW beliefs, where do the others hope to go,?
We believe the majority of humans will remain on the Earth, and that Jehovah will restore it to the paradise it was before Adam and Eve had sinned.
@@tellerversestudios we are all entitled to our beliefs and must respect those of others even if we don't agree with them.
Psalm 37:29 also Matthew 5:5
on Earth, just simply
Psalms 37:11,29

Hey thanks man!
I enjoyed this lady's explanation of the evolution theory. I had never heard it before.
Bless you for sharing
Here's the documentary
Ty for this
This woman is next level wauw
I think Jehovah Witness are kinda ridiculous. But she is amazing !!!! Like the Amish, won't fight the enemy. Can't beat the Germans with passivity.
Certifiable
The Jewish people were not lacking in religious belief but they were still persecuted and murdered so I don't agree with this lady's opinion.

The Catholic religion has caused more misery than any other religion on the planet
I thought her other family were Catholic … was the Aunt Catholic?
Dude the women survived the holocaust show some respect
Catholics are responsible for all the indigenous children who were taken from their families and killed. 🤔

Shame on her not all catholics bad
Shut up she didn't say that
She has nothing to be ashamed of.

minute 38 ironic that now the Watchtower turns on their 'apostates' and shuns them
xD
please share some further pointers
Hard to take seriously
Whats wrong with you
Jehovah's Witnesses are nuts :)
IMO yours is a too-casual, I might say cheap (as in it costs you nothing), remark. Please say more to bolster your POV.
They are actually very nice people. But it is a cult.
@@peggysherman2811 Nice cope.
@@peggysherman2811 By human definition, all religion is a cult......
@@peggysherman2811 That would be wrong to say. Cult don't usually operate that *open.* It's easy to join a *cult* but not same as *JW*
I can't help feeling Mother (with her becoming a Witness) set her daughter on the path that subjected her to such unkind treatment.
