This is only my second time seeing such a video; and I must confess to not really understanding the concept of a 'junk journal'. But the visual and tactile creation speaks to my love of all things vintage or antique. This form of artistic crafting must require patience, dedication, and a unique creative style of collection and presentation. I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your comment! I've been asked so many questions about what to use them for, in fact I had to stop making them 10 years ago because people at fairs said they were "interesting and nice", but they didn't understand the point of a notebook where the pages aren't blank and white... 🙃 Now I've realized that it's just vital for me to express myself like this, it's my meditation, self-healing and bliss state... In my opinion, junk journals are like secret gardens with their pockets and hidden treasures, the stories with each junk journal are like a new fairy tale 🙂 And they can be used by those who don't have the time or desire to make them themselves, but whose self-healing includes writing and small memories collecting on top of that... They are suitable for different diaries or even for passing down your wisdom or memories. There are several good videos on youtube about what they can be used for. I also recommend my favorite junk journal creators: Treasure Books, Wendy L. Macdonald, 49dragonflies, jennibellie, Saacibo, Luise Heinzl - so much to enjoy 😍

@@WindfieldCastle Thank you for your information about junk journals. From my point of view, I can now understand how these items may be useful or appreciated in many ways. Maybe a fidget toy for somebody, maybe a relaxing hobby or creating a family history. For others it may be as beneficial as an emotional support dog. 🐕‍🦺 🔍🧶🎨🖨📗📰👒🧵

Thank you! I really need more sunlight, I live here in a dark time of the year in a dim house with small windows... I'm experimenting with different lighting options and luckily spring will come soon...
