Good video again. Always interesting to watch. Tour booth is probably a booth that sells/advertises tours only. Visitors center sounds like the info area of one attraction such as Tokyo Tower. Not sure. Though you are right, who cares? lol. Just talk. Good work.
Actually, I’ll make an offer. I’ll go up Tokyo Tower with you if you go up Seoul N Tower with me and we can bore each other with our knowledge of TOEIC S. LOL. I always appreciate your videos and passion for the test. Keep it up.
dang it... the pronunciation is perfect to me. And the way she talks about all the answers of questions motivates me to improve my speaking skill. And she also gives quite important tips and the drills. i dont usually write some comments, but she deserves it. thank you
How amazing you are! It's easy for me to understand your instruction because you use all simple vocabulary to talk complicated topics. Anyway, you're so beautiful, my dear teacher ♥️♥️♥️
I'm so nervous, tomorrow I will have my S&W TOEIC from my scholarship. And if I don't have the required score, I won't graduate. I've been watching all your videos to practice. Wish me luck
Not from Korea or Japan, but from Colombia! Your videos are incredibly informative and the way you explain everything is great, I don't fully understand english but I do understand you, so, thank you! I hope you're doing well
12:20 I agree with you totally McDonald’s makes the best apple pie lol. I’m not sure about Korea but McDonald’s here in Taiwan bake our apple pies first then they fry them. So they crunchy and crispy. In the US they just bake’em. I’m taking TOEIC SW tomorrow and thank you for the video. 👍
Hello Gwen..great stuff! Couple of questions regarding Part 5. 1. The problem posed by the narrator...will that be posted somewhere on the screen for the test taker to read or are they supposed to take notes while listening to the speaker? 2. In the sample answer that you give, I noticed that you really start speaking about the solutions to the problem when there are only 31 seconds remaining. Do you think it's advisable to spend almost half your speaking time in just summarising the information? Looking forward to your reply!
ETS got rid of this part as of August 2021. However, to answer your questions; 1. This part is solely focusing on the test taker’s listening skills. They do not display anything on the screen. You are allowed to take notes while listening to the message. 2. It is given in the directions to A: Show that you recognize the problem B: Propose a way of dealing with the problem. Hope this clears out everything for u :)
Hi Gwen, I'm confused if I should use more complicated words/phrases in my answers or not ( in a telephone survey or opinion parts). Or it is not really necessary in TOEIC. For example, instead of very shy --> use Timid. Instead "The internet can reach many people at the same time" --> use "The Internet can reach a wide range of people in a short amount of time". I used to study IELTS so I'm quite confused about the way we should answer. Should we make it simple, daily and effective? Or should we make it academic? ==> for AIM: score 180 - 200. Please make it clear to me. Thanks so much!!!!!!! I use your videos for self-studying every day.
I would say it isn't necessary to use complicated grammar structures or difficult words to get levele 8. It is better to aim for the perfection which means that you have to try to use perfect grammars and pronounciation and of course the stress. If you have a natural flow of the intornation that woud be a great advantage to getting higher level in Toeic Speaking. I am currently teaching a student for IELTS (academic ver.) The word choices for IELTS are much more difficult than what I would use for TOEIC Speaking. I hope this would clear our your doubts. :)
Is it possible to prepare a generic answer for part 5? I know that each recording is different one of each other and I understand what is being told in the recording, but there is no preparation time to think an answer, so I lose timing and I start hesitating... I took the test twice and both time I got a B1 and I need at least a B2...
Thank you from vietnam :)) South Korean teachers teach me a lots by youtube channels.Teacher Gwen teachs by english in whole video, however others teach by korean :( No English sub

Is it ok to speak in a British accent while passing the speaking part in the TOEIC exam ? I found prononciation differences in several words.
It doesn’t matter at all. Just try to stick to one accent and don’t switch back and forth.
@@GwenTv Good to hear that! Thank you so much and congrats for your superb work !
