I like the ATactictical A1S. I own a couple of these flashlights and think they are by far the best flashlights for the money on the market. I also like the Zip Stich and the Wazoo Viking Whetstone necklace. I’m not very sold on the axe and multipurpose shovel. They’re a little to gimmicky for my taste. Thanks for sharing.

Wazoo Survival Gear, LLC No problem. You guys make some great products and you’re fellow Texans to boot. I received my first Whetstone in a BattlBox. I tried it out and loved it so I went back and purchased one for each member of my family. I also really like the fire starter necklace and the Spartan pace beads so I also bought the family each one of those as well. I’m thinking I may give the concealment hat a try next. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    • @Wazoo
      @Wazoo 6 ปีที่แล้ว

Yeah, we had to focus on products that have a little more scalability. The Zombie Bracelet was incredibly labor intensive and the sales were much less than some of our other products like Cache Cap, Cache Belt, necklaces, etc.

I like your channel, the fact that it is a Family channel that your family really do participate in. I am unsubscribing from some who say they are family, but... you really never see the family, only the person who is narrating the video.
We have been looking at the things in your lists and may even purchase a few, but we do already have loads of stuff now. But for replacing things that are used up, worn out, these will be our go-to items for our next purchases.

instead of the 16 pieces cutlery set i would recommend, to buy a Light My Fire set. It is a triangular cutlery set which includes a cup, a spork (knife/fork/spoon), a carving board and a deep and flat plate and many other things.
It is not too big, so it is easy to take with you and there is more space inside the triangular plates, so you can put in your own sporks and cups.
I have one myself and i would recommend it to everyone.
The set comes with a plastic spork but you can buy a spork made out of titanium separate.

I just use the clean sawdust I sweep up and melt in some left over candle wax for fire starters.
Make a cylinder, or small block and just break off some chunks as needed.
The thing is you can just make little balls or squares that will fit into the many nooks and crannies you have in your back pack.
They burn forever and are the perfect fire starter as they are FREE!

I found some emergency blankets from this one company online. A few days before they arrived from Amazon, the manufacturer company messaged me thanking me for my purchase to their small business and offering any kind of support if I found a problem with the product. When I got them, they were actually quite nice.

    • @ungust

It's hard to say. I liked the Hunting arrow points and the Lantern and the Zip Stitch best. But I also liked most everything else. I already own several excellent knives that were custom made for me by a master bladesmith friend of mine. And I also have several high quality tactical flashlights, so these things were of less interest to me. However, everything that you have in the video would be and excellent choice for me, had I not already owned similar items.
I have to commend you on your presentation. You inject an air of fun along with the seriousness of the subject matter. Many other sites that I have watched previously, seem to dwell on the darker side of prepping.
Thanks for the upbeat side of things. It's very refreshing.

Hi chris, allways like a budget friendly gear review. I have been lookig into buying a biger EDC fixed blade that is under 10". I have narroed it down to two knifes, the CRKT Ruger Powder-keg with the clip point, and the Cold Steel Kobun. There are some good reviews on the Cold Steel Kobun but not any on the CRKT Ruger Powder-keg. If you could get the CRKT Ruger Powder-keg for a review or at blade show for a in hand look would help. Thanks.
