    Super interesting! I never considered yeast as a potential source of phenolic compounds, but now I’m excited to have that as an option!

    Hey Adam, Im not in anyway at the level of knowledge of you and many of your subscribers but I am technically minded and definitely open to experimentation and growth (basic trial and error method eh haha).
