Informative vedio , want to add some points like if you are working there as a ninja profile so as you know you will also eligible to get the digital and and handsome amount . I am also join as a fresher within 7 month i got digital through TSLP 2.0 and jow i have an experience of 1.2 year getting handsome amount and after two hike its my ctc around 8lpa now .

Dude , its average in hand is around 51-55k , depending on your location . City allowance is not 1200 , it totally depends some get 400 some 2400 . And you forgot 70k retention bonus. Add that well while calculating averga . Coz the end of every year we recieve that . And in misc . Food card money is all added . So it would be in that range which i mentioned .

@@Proooooooyytrtgbh2479 70k is the retention bonus you will get after you complete 1 year with TCS . There is no bond but if you complete 1 year you are going to get that 70k retention bonus.

Try calling/email on tcs support id...... and tcs never sends rejection mails u are rejected or u would have got OL by January max

I have got a digital offer from tcs and I have scored 80+ in the test so I am eligible for the 60k joining bonus,
But I still haven't got my tentative joining date. My final sem exams are ending in about a month or so...
Even if you have offer in hand, still look for other job both product and service based companies.
With big MNC or small scale (who's name no one know).
Don't be afraid of current scenario, just give many interviews and don't be sad if you even fail multiple interview.
This will I improve your networking, community skills, technical skills.
PS: This coming for person who is working is working is small service based company whos name know body knows, with 5+ years of experience and ₹20+LPA and currently got ₹30+LPA (in recession time) after failing 30+ interviews.
