Actually in my joining letter they said your joining location is Kolkata and work location is Kolkata. What it means.. I mean my work location will be forever kolkata.. Or is it just for training i.e. for ILP? What was your case..?
@@SS-rr1to there are 3 options: they can either change your loc after ilp or your loc will be kolkata if they say and even if you join kolkata office, you can change your loc after 3 months by witing a letter
