My wife & son died, in my opinion, f/medication given them in the hospital in December 2021. To make matters worse, the local paper wrote a story based on the obituary & public Facebook posts of others against my wishes to push their political narrative. The last 6 months & everything that has happened since their death has been crushing me like a machine press. This sermon has helped me weather the storms & continue to hold on for dear life. I listen to it daily to encourage me & continue to help me hold on. Not in a ritualistic manner, but like a sailor holding onto the ship's wreckage for dear life in the midst of the storm. Thank you Lord, thank you Louie & James River Church. God bless those who need their miracle & strength to stand

(3)God is working on and in your situation right now.
(4)God is greater than what you are going through and your problem.
5)God will use your present situation in your future story for His glory.
This man speaks the truth of God! ♥ I am the woman at the well whom the LORD GOD healed 45 years ago. I will praise God all my days and share God's AMAZING LOVE AND GRACE AND FORGIVENESS all my days. ♥

I don’t know how long this message has been posted, but today, 4/11/24, God spoke to me through this message. I needed to make sure that God had been seeing me and the season I’m living right now, and He confirmed once again that I’m not in the middle of nowhere; that He sees my tears, my trials, my desires to be where I need to be. Thank you Jesus, for giving me a reminder that you still see me and my life will bear fruit in others. I worship you, Jesus.

This was for me. Thank you Pastor Louis Giglio. I pray that one day, I will stand up for Jesus and testify about God's faithfulness regarding the pain and the grief and the crushing and the sheer sadness of this moment in my life.... the lowest low. Yet I know my Redeemer lives. The God Who sees me is working in and on my story. Amen.
I've felt forgotten by God
A year later on November 28, 2023, this word was for me! There are no coincidences with God! We have been going through trials in our family & I questioned if God was hearing my prayers. I listened to this message 2 nights ago & this morning the title of one of the devotions I read was "When you wonder if God hears your prayers" & it referenced the same scripture about Hagar & pointed out the name she gave God, El Roi & reminded me again that God sees me, hears me & is working through my prayers in the situation we are dealing with. We need to find forgiveness for someone we loved dearly who has hurt us very much & my greatest prayer is that God will bring him to the point where He sees only God & is first above all else in his life! Thank You God! Thank you Louie for being obedient to God!

I'm listening in New Jersey. I needed this reminder. God has brought me through so much in my life. Jesus had resurrected me in my early twenties. He was so spiritually peaceful I did not want to leave, but He said my child why do you seek love when it walks with you all the days of your life? You are loved by God and your life is not finished yet. So by the Glory of God I share this with you as I know not why He saved me. But know this He is with us always so do not forsaken Him in you time of sorrow or struggle because He will be there to pick up the pieces.

Louie Giglio - love your teachings - but - Jesus Christ is not the son of suffering. He surely suffered for us and IS THE SON OF ALMIGHTY G-D.

I SO needed this encouragement about God is working even if we can't see it. And in this difficult season with more trials and disappointments I can bare on some days to be reminded He sees me, He cares and is at work on my behalf for the good always.
I ran into a dvd series of Louie Giglio's call "History at a thrift store a week ago and started to watch it. I was so interested in his speech I started to search him on TH-cam. I ran into this sermon and Wow! I started to cry. It was like god was trying to find a way to lead me to hear this to let me know I'm not forgotten and he's always been with me and already knows all about me and that he is always working in my life. Me too. Actually I feel even weaker than that... had to leave work today. Couldn't think, my brain was in a fog. Could barely even walk or climb stairs. I'm depleted. I'm crushed so low that I don't know how to go on. Someone out there, please pray for both of us... that God would forgive our many sins and restore us to full abundant life.

I lost my husband tragically and suddenly two months ago and I have been in such extraordinary pain and sadness that I have pretty much lost my will to live. So yes... DEFINITELY need prayer now more than ever.
