    To hear this video after I’ve done two years of trauma work I can easily relate to everything your teaching. Childhood wounds and negative beliefs are invisible and most of us carry this around our entire life.
    Once I realized I had trauma as I disassociated from my complex trauma I went into a deep sadness for about a week and had no clear direction how to heal myself. Took me two and half years to understand what happened to me and how to actually heal myself.
    Be patient and take courages imperfect action daily and I promise you it works.
    This video explains so much how to actually heals Compassion for ourselves is key.
