Hindiwalas migrate in scores to Bengal and make living in all nooks and corners of Bengal but will beach when 1 or 2 bengalies go to Bangalore for job. "Bangal me kuch nahi hai".I wonder who buys from their shops if there is nothing. Never saw as frequent bengalies in Bihar, U.P. Haryana, Delhi, or Bangalore. They fill Dharavi and claim it's Bangladeshi and what not. When TV crew goes for interview ,all of them turn out to be Hindiwalas.
I m from Bihar, and Kolkata has been our go to place, feels like home as compared to other cities like delhi banglore,etc.
I am seeking IT job at Kolkata so as to settle there.

Kolkata is such a city where no man sleep without meal since this city offers meal which is affordable to high and low and even to the pauper. A pauper is fed here by the cart holders on the street. The taste, spice, flavour and freshness of the food tempts to the foodie. Most of common people, workers of shops, office goers and vendors eat on the carts of the street with full taste and fervour. Even elite class people prefer to eat here due to good quality and wholesomeness.
So Why other food blogger won't found these foods?

20, 50 Rupees, meanwhile in the USA the same meal costs $10 to $15 from an Indian restaurant!
Because in india u will get wheat flour usually in 30,35 rs. Kg but in usa u will not get in this price so location effects price of foods sir❤️❤️❤️

In usa such carts will be towed away by police or by Health and hygiene department . They pay 0 tax to any authorities . They have 0 compliances.

Usually in this area hygiene is never maintained but this stall keeper is different.. looks 💯 clean
In big restaurants the kitchens are not clean all the time ..so don't compare food on the basis of hygiene!
