My favorite is fade to black
yeah man this made me almost loose my shit back in the day in semicommunist sweden. One day i had straight clothes jeans and well pressed shirt. Day after i listened to Kill em all and justice for all livge version with a big live collectors LP/EP edition my sis bought for us...i go to school with holes in my jeans and metallica tanktops and chains as a belt :)....thats what Metallica do to you. Im so thankful to my sis.
A big "high five" from overseas, Mate! It's so cool watching you listening to these Gods of Metal!! Thank you, have a great day, can't wait for your next reaction...!
DO THE WHOLE ALBUM!!!!
The drumming on And Justice For All is absolute fire 🔥
This tour was my first and only Metallica concert. I paid $17 for the ticket and $15 for the shirt.
That's so sad brah! After this pandemic you gotta see them one last time before it's too late!!!
@@MaddogJones nah i saw them when they were still good. I have seen plenty of online concerts for free that i couldnt sit thru without cringing. I wont pay over $100 per ticket for the same cringe.
1 word Aaron M.
Inflation
I saw them five times on this tour :) Never saw them live again.. where did you see them?

The best Metallica cover band (Blistered Earth) got their name from the lyrics of this song. If you get a chance to see Blistered Earth live, DO IT!!! You won't regret it. Killer live show!!!
Same can be said for the first two Metallica albums. Hit the Lights on Kill ‘em All and Fight Fire with Fire from Ride the Lightning definitely set the tone for those albums. It’s their trademark and us metal heads love it…
Metallica was not only a heavy metal band traching and screaming,, they could play and sing everything from opera to classic an they always let you let you hear there lyrics clear over the music,, bthey think of everything when they play.. they are good as hell,
the solos on this album are crazy frenzy
The intro you hear is actually being played in reverse :D
Tats are sick, bro. Legendary bad ass band!! Great reaction!
Blackened should be everyone's work out song. If this doesn't pump you up, you're already dead! Blackened is a 12 minute song crammed into a six and one-half minute masterpiece.
Just wait till Ride The Lightning, Fight Fire With Fire :)
Can’t wait for Harvester reaction
Same here, one of my favorite Metallica songs!
@@jeroenkoster1366 yeah riff just before the first verse goes hard as fuck
@@teamatfort444 Talking about hard, these lyrics are just so dark and disturbing, and more relevant now then they were back then, which is not a good thing.
Justice is their best album from front to back!
I still get goosebumps every time I listen to this song (or most Metallica songs, honestly). So good. Can't wait for your reactions to the rest of the album!
1st Metallica song I ever heard... I was 14 or 15... I've never stopped 30 plus years later.
Same here. Read a review in the local newspaper and on that picked up AJFA vinyl in 89 and hooked on the band since.
Ride the lightning was it for me. I’m a drummer as well and my first full song I learned was for whom the bell tolls. The rest is history
Me too!!! True fan all my life!!! Ever since and justice for all came out. Thanks to my buddy who said I needed to listen to it. And the next thing you know I went to the and justice for all tour.
The beginning of a wonderful journey has started for you my friend...
Someone gave me this tape for an off campus bus trip in like 9th grade and I just kept rewinding this song over and over again. I didn't know what trash metal was at the time, all I knew was my world had changed.
This was the first entire Metallica album I heard too. Grade 11, but I was a bit behind the curve, it was already “old” at that point. Didn’t live in an area where metal was popular until then. I knew a few songs, but that album sold me. Same deal, bootleg tape. That said, my first Metallica album that I bought was Ride the Lightning. RTL is still a favourite, but all the first 4 are amazing.
This song was the main reason that my cassette got worn out.
This was my first Metallica album. Still probably my favorite for that reason.
You’re basically going through what happened to me my junior year of high school. Granted we’re like the same age, but yeah once I discovered Metallica I went on an absolute binge listening to every song I could by them
AJFA, the love of my life. I was 19 when this came out and saw them on tour for this album. Front row right in front of James...
Alex you have to listen to “My Friend of Misery” by Metallica. Very underrated song
I have to say, it's really awesome to see a young man truly appreciate the artistry of the music from my time. I was born in '67 so these were the jams the rebels listened to in my day. Stuff like this was considered 'Devil Music' to my parents and their generation, imagine that!
Yup! I knew they were wrong though. Actually .....I didn't care. Greetings from 1971
My second favorite Metallica album! Let’s go!
Had this on vinyl when it first came out. This album got me through a rough patch and will always be my favorite album.
I´ve been liking your reactions for a while man! They always look pretty authentic to me, and are helping me to revisit some songs I didn´t hear for a long time. As a 50 year old head banger (just a kid) I probably heard many of the songs you reacted before you even born, and that´s the beauty of music, after all, there´s nothing in the hole world that can unite people like music does. Congrats!
The very first and my favorite album of metallica brings back memories
First time!? Wow..
I bought this album 1988 the moment it came out.. I froze.. It was something absolutely different from puppets, lightning and kill em all.. OK Master of puppets is killer but Justice is some crazy unbelievably great album..
This is album that I can listen from first song till the last without skipping
Countless times, nights, days, hours I have spent listening and enjoying this beautiful album...
What energy used to be realest wooow..
The best time for me when is overcast, dark heavy grey sky and headphones on and BLACKENED is coming out.. Every song is winner.. I don't even care about Lars hating the eye of beholder, for him is ugly song, to me sits perfect on the record...
Harvester of sorrow... Ahhh the best song ever... The frayed ends of sanity agghhhhh kills... And to finish album with Dyers eve common... And justice for all is the best Metallica record.. I know it is so hard to say it and the reason why is simply because of Master of puppets and Ride the lightning but sorry guys my ♥ goes with JUSTICE..
Wait until you watch Metallica live Seattle 89’ lol best live performances
Thank you for making me feel like I'm 10 all over again, hearing this song for the first time. I was grinning ear to ear watching your reactions throughout. Now you know.... hahahahaha! I love it!
Started listening to Metallica back in -95 when I was 7 and I still feel like you when I listen to them today. Such an awesome feeling. Metallica never gets old!
Best metallica song 🤘
The lyrics are also an innuendo for his mother’s death cause by lung cancer due to smoking. Deadly nicotine kills what might have been. Breathing nevermore.
The God that failed on TBA was about this as well
When the waiter asks James how he wants his fish, he responds with "BLACKNED!"
One of my favorite songs of theirs live. Everytime James yells "FIRE" in the song they set off monster fire Pyro on the stage. Once when I saw them perform it at an outdoor stadium they had that fire Pyro step up around the top of the entire stadium for those parts. It was bad ass.
this is my all time fav album of metallica. I just love it how you have started liking metallica. Keep on making more video.
CAnnot wait for the Dyers Eve reaction lmao
