It is advance adapters model 50-0430
My transmission is from a 2005 I believe. My transmission builder had a core that he built.

How did you seal the rear of your transmission?

The advance kit has a seal between the trans and adapter.

@@mayhemsfablab THANK YOU!!! I wish they would have told me that when I called and ordered the Adaptor. My leak is from the rear vent holes above and below the shaft. New Subscriber!
