Hi thanks for sharing this video it helps a lot. My question is can we design a column with a minimum of 15 cm height and a base of 20cm or more than 20cm without having any message of error?
dear Eng. Radfan Ojailah, I really like your illustrated video, I have got a question regarding to the results, at the first design it showed 3T18 along b and 2T18 along h but at the second design is 4T20 + 4T18, it seems so different. Why? Best Regards, Sarith
There is a camera option amongst the tools. New Project, Open Project, Save, .... Camera. Under the main menu. That takes pictures which you could use in your printed results.
Hi , your videos are very informative, however i have a doubt regarding design of columns, can we design all columns together or we have to do them individually, that is one at a time?
Usually columns are categorized according to their location in the structure. In usual structures we have 3 to 4 categories: middle, side and finally corner column. The procedure is to design just three columns, one from each category and the results apply to columns of the same type unless you have special column or column with certain cross-section, then you have to design them individually
@@RadfanOjailah thanks for your very quick reply. You've been a great help. One more question, do we have to use both REQUIRED REINFORCED and PROVIDED REINFORCEMENTS at the same time or using only one method is enough?
Required - theoretical area of reinforcement Provided - final distribution of reinforcement based on the calculated above theoretical/required are of reinforcement
Thanks very much for the video, can you do a tutorial on member grouping for design and detailing purposes?
How can we download the full structure
at 5:39. In the Required member reinforcement. What "3T18" or "2T18" and "4T10 25@12.0" mean?
mean that he's not meant to be teaching
how about interaction curve N - M? is it able to show that?

because he doesn't explain at all
I would like to ask how to capture robot drawing inorder to insert them in notes or to print it out???
For capturing I usually use snipping tool 'windows built in tool'.
But you can export the drawings to dwg file directly from robot

Why do not you verified the rc members?
I'll do that in the next videos
