Resetting AUDI MMI on a 2018 Q5/Q7

I tried that and it reset but it says no device connected for media, I’m not sure how to fix that. Would you know?

My ‘18 Q5 retains the navigation map in the cockpit area when I turn on the vehicle each time, but it won’t stay on my XM/Sirius Radio Presets and when switch my menu over to my contacts it doesn’t stay on my call list...my previous Audi stayed on those presets (just didn’t have the navigation display in the cockpit area).
