$1,000 per event is the maximum penalty the judge can issue. However, contempt ramps up and a repeat could mean jail. There is a second contempt hearing on Thursday

Contempt is a crime, one of the stipulations of being out on bond is that you cannot break any laws, this contempt charge should violate his bond (own recognizance) in Georgia and Florida.
Anybody else would be in jail.

Listening to legal debates over this gag order, it appears that this Judge is violation not only the constitution, but the tool of gag orders applying to protection of criminal on trial, not the government or the Judge or anyone else. Where are the people in control of discipline for Judges who are out or legal precedent. Would this be considered a form of criminal malicious prosecution? A felony in itself. When is a judge allowed to purposely violate the constitutional rights of a criminal defendant without being held accountable?
The real test will be what happens next. This contempt judgement violates his terms of release in NY, FL, DC, and GA. He's out on bond as long as he doesn't violate any laws...
I wonder if he is using donation money for paying personal things, should these donations be taxed?

I was 19 i told a judge to F off. He gave me 90 days in city jail. Original charge: failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. (it was middle of nowhere). I did 78 days. This dude definitely gets treated different, just not in the way he thinks
