Also... Its a lot harder than LoL but with a few youtube tutorial u might get better. And also because its hard its less popular than LoL

pve rounds are 1,2,3,5 and every 5 after,
leveling your builder cost 5 gold and gives 4 exp
If you press alt you can see how much exp you need to level to plan your level, you can 1 exp per round
0:41 and just like that this game has replicated the dota 2 experience.

This game is amazing and have so much potential! Pretty sure it'll became a standalone game soon. Also, i've never found a game where i "rage quit forever" so many times and still come back next day to give "another chance".

The best first pieces and the only ways to stay relevant into midgame are melee frontline units, preferrably that help activate easy-to-get class/race synergies. Good melees right now are Tiny, Bounty Hunter, Clockwerk, Timbersaw and Juggernaut.
What's also good early on but with ranged units is Mage and Undead synergy, as everyone is inevitably lacking health and resistances, and Trolls since eventually getting 4 different Trolls is incredibly powerful.
This is the most helfpul guide for this game I've found. Although I'm still confused, is your board the same all on 8 battelgrounds, or do you need to check up on each one?

@Kripparrian Thx for doing this Video. I had no idea about the shared unit pool and was always confused why I couldn't find some units to finish my comp. I also didn't know about the locking thing which I will look into. Hope you stream more of this game!
In high ranked games ppl pick the pieces the other players NEED and Just bench them all the time

00:40 I came in 2nd the first game I played. It isn't a tough game. One look at the goblin mech racials tells you right away it's broken early game, and you need only transition to a hard hitting late game comp after it. Sometimes you just don't get those units, and that's the most difficult part of the game: the rng.

I've played Arena of Evolution: Chess Heroes, which is a standalone game on android. Has the same gameplay but with better ui and controls, as well as having similar characters, not sure if they're identical since I haven't played the original.

I have like 2000 hours in dota although I only play like once a month these days and I couldn't get what the fuck was going on with this gamemode while watching the streams, I really appreciate this video Kripp.

So, it's like the shared trade deck in star realms. Do the legendary pieces go back to the pool if they sell them?
Also, dota has critical strikes and whatnot that depend on random number generation, do they take the same seed for 2 player matches or it can vary from player to player? Or does it not use rng at all?
It uses a lot of RNG, believe me I've been looking to upgrade my lvl 2 bounty hunter to lvl 3 in the 39th round and I still need 2 more BHs to have the most powerful unit in the game.
I meant, rng in the little matches each round. In trump's elf comeback video one of the latest rounds both he and the last opponent won their duels so it is pretty certain that even if positions and stats of the pieces are the same, the game can go either way based on rng alone. I guess it's alright, but I would have wanted to have more certainty in that aspect.
@@TheOblomoff There is a lot of RNG, like Elves having % chance to dodge damage, Knights having % chance to get damage absorbtion, Assasins having % chance to crit etc. etc.
The game is full of RNG but the best players will always manage to make a squad so good that it will get to 3rd place at the very least

I have never played DOTA 2 but this mod made me install the game. Really fun mod, hopefully the devs make their own game from this removed from DOTA.
