Bloody shame, he will certainly live with an eternity of regret and shame for the path he walked, the older he gets the worse it will be because he'll understand better and better, and his life might well be quite the struggle by then.
He had the type of talent we all wish we had, the talent to make it to the Premier League.... And this fool kept fucking it up, despite a multitude of chances.
UK legal system is a joke. This dude would be doing ten years in some states in the US. Habitual offenders never stop unless they’re in prison. That’s why they got the 3 strike law, 3 felonies of the same type of crime and your doing life. It has to be class A felony though and violent crime.
I can see now why alot of footballers dont reach their full potential. Realistically you can fall many teirs below the Premier league and still live a very comfortable lifestyle.
Behaviour and listening to your peers is everything. Unfortunately for Nile, he constantly did the opposite. He had virtually everything handed on a plate. People like him always learn too late. Very few people get the chances he got. He just wasted it all away. He's not the only one grown up without a father figure. Could have had it all if only he behaved. Once you have a police record, you are marked and they never leave you alone.
Nile was a gangsta posing as a footballer smh he used his talent to take advantage of the clubs that wanted him smh he was being spoiled and he knew it which is why he kept doing bad and unfortunately they as well rewarded his bad behavior with more signings, more money and of course more chances lolsmh unbelievable
His dad didn't care about him? The start of so many of these stories. If men can't be there for the kids, they shouldn't be making babies. This guy had *so* much talent. Incredible that he just couldn't keep it together eh? Massive sense of entitlement, though.
Look at what Mcgoldrick has managed to do and think about how this guy was supposed to be better. Don’t blame the people around him, he was his own enemy.
Just to play armchair psychologist, he seems to be seeking dopamine fueled activites. Be it buying expensive cars or getting off on dangerous activities, they should have made therapy conditional part of his contract. Seems to have a big impulse control problem as well
Yes but succeeding at something is all about 'deferred gratification' i.e. I could eat one cake now or wait half an hour and have 2 cakes to eat (the marshmallow test) i.e. twice the reward. Therapy can't teach you self-discipline, having role models (e.g. a father) to guide and direct behaviour can.
@Databrokersarethedevil Yes but he clearly hasn't got any self-discipline so he's just going to flunk out of therapy because learning to defer gratification is uncomfortable.
run the streets for some is an addiction, the fun and excitement, the feel of the adrenaline. addictive personality doesn't always mean drugs. then u have the mental side, seeing, hearing and participating in all that violence, u know there has to be teens suffering from PTSD.
Honestly I think it shows just how rare a talent he was if clubs remained desperate enough to want him through so much of the madness. And it also brought about change in that clubs will not fall for this type of nonsense again having seen the damage. I don't think another Nile Ranger story will make it that far. That standard has to be maintained even at the cost of losing some sublime talents.
Unfortunately some parts of the video are so horrific they had to be cut out, I hope you understand ❤️

Almost all my club colleagues had good shoes and equipment for training and for the official games even they where poor most of my collegues very poor.. but they was pushed from behind by important persons, me i had to sell my phone to buy 1 pair of shoes fvck the phone i said, i buyed the best predator instinct shoes and i showed how happy i was for that decision that i maked to someone very very very important in my life and i was expecting that person to be happy but it didn't go very well. I felt like i died i don't know how to explain, but i continued to work hard i was a captain playing at my school and highschool while i was training at my club, the love was still there but something in me was off i had love in my heart and i had quick moments where i felt like crying for no reason. it was hard for me, i felt like the important persons in my life want me to quit so bad and i did it, many are motivated by the hate, but i wasn't.. i started to be aggresive outside the field, started to hang out with the most ruthless boys from my city.. it was easy for me because they knew me and they had compasion for me and they really tried to put me back on the good tracks, but that maked me more mad, i started smoking, drinking, doing bad stuff, hurting people, selling stuff, i was at the limit with the law but i always knew when to stop and chill i really didn't want to go to jail because if that happened now i'll be dead or the king of the jail i can't let no one bully me so fight till i die or some miracle beat all the bullies and be the king. As you can see my mind isn't right, i don't know what happened to me bro.. but know i hate the streets because the game is rigged and real persons are like diamonds.. very rare. I'm still young, over 25 years so i still have hope something good will happen for me :) now i just don't want to die without having a house and a family, i have a plan to get out of this situation i have God on my side so it's all good. :) I hope i answered your question, i tried to say it as short as possible and cut some dark parts. :)

Wow brother thank you so much for sharing!
Very sad man is baller. Indiscipline. Seems like he is troubled by some trauma from young.. Pops leaving him and his mum must've had a profound negative effect.
Easy to judge the brother, but you haven't lived his life.
In hindsight we would all make different choices previously.
Love ✨ & Light

After all is said and done he still has a net worth of 5 million. More than most of us will ever see in our lifetime and that is the most disgusting part of his story.
5 Mill? You’re fried 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@presacanariox2558 damn the misinformation on the web. I checked again since “I’m fried” (wish I was btw). One site says 61 mil but no way. 1-5 mil seemed to be a number multiple sites said. Then I found one saying it’s 100k-1mil and that’s the lowest I could find. The last one seems the most realistic. Do you know something, is he flat out broke? Enlighten instead of insult
Loop wow really?
@@OffThePostYT are you referring to me saying “I wish I was blank”
I highly doubt that.
I was expecting Quincy Promes 😂
Same😂
I’d like to know if any one of his friends told him to cut the stupid behaviour. It seems they dragged him down at every opportunity, albeit he is ultimately responsible for his own actions
Football teams are enablers. They'll look past anything as long as there's goals scored
He was NEVER englands Brightest star, thats a plain lie
Exactly. A nobody
I am sitting peacefully (with all kinds of stress and things to deal with in my daily life) on a bus. And then someone takes my phone out of my hand and ran off. 😡 I would be angry and hurt 😔
A truly talented player csn not play for 2 years come back and play like he never left.
Really enjoyed this video. Great Job!
So glad to hear it!
His mum didn't grass him up, She reported a crime. It's not like she got caught comiting a crime and told the police to save her own skin.
Bloody shame, he will certainly live with an eternity of regret and shame for the path he walked, the older he gets the worse it will be because he'll understand better and better, and his life might well be quite the struggle by then.
He could be well enjoying his rewards by now but chose the wrong path
20:35 That is a hilarious tattoo considering he literally got handed everything to him by others and he fucking failed everyone of them. 😂
THIS GUY JUST KEPT DOING CRIME AFTER CRIME AND HE KEPT GETTING BAILED SO HIS MOM WAS COMPLETELY USELESS. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE NEED DADS. SMH 🤦♂️
He had the type of talent we all wish we had, the talent to make it to the Premier League.... And this fool kept fucking it up, despite a multitude of chances.
You used to see him in the bookies in wood green back in the days
Crazy honestly
Why how tragic. Imagine being that talented that so many clubs want you this bad.
This is why the UK should not give these criminals so many chances, Nile was a lost cause and needed to be in prison for a long time.
This guy just had a flipping problem. You can’t help people like that
Irony is during that time phones were crap !!
Still worth some pounds to a Year 7 though!
Great vid - what an unbelievable tale of self destruction. Sad...
This guy was Ravel Morrison on steriods
💀
😂
It’s insane that just because someone is good at a sport they’ll be forgiven again and again
In another world, he turns it around like Mike Tyson. Unfortunately he never found that sort of father figure he needed in his life.
It's a huge shame
UK legal system is a joke. This dude would be doing ten years in some states in the US. Habitual offenders never stop unless they’re in prison. That’s why they got the 3 strike law, 3 felonies of the same type of crime and your doing life. It has to be class A felony though and violent crime.
Well said 💯 right
Used to see him at Wood Green north London with about 7-8 people, always up to no good! They used to go cinema and rob the place!
Scum bag bunny
3:53 lmao sitting on each others laps yeah, they were very close friends I can see
If someone is determined t ruin themselves against all odds, then leave them b an concentrate on those who want to better themselves
I can see now why alot of footballers dont reach their full potential. Realistically you can fall many teirs below the Premier league and still live a very comfortable lifestyle.
It’s so sad to see man
Could you do one on Gavin Grant? The footballer convicted of murder.
I'll add it to the list!
remember an 18 y.o ranger VS Arsenal, he looked so promising! but then the problems came! a criminal rather than a footballer!
His "friends" obviously just wanted to see him fail. He probably realises that know or if he doesn't he will do. Wasted talent like Ravel Morisson.
Yeah fam smh man
Huge shame
I like how you used smh as a full stop
More thug than gangster.
This guy sounds crazy. He still made it to the Prem. Hope he sorts himself out.
And he still managed to rack up 50 G/A in 180 games, what couldve been
Crazy man!
His dad didn't care about him? The start of so many of these stories. If men can't be there for the kids, they shouldn't be making babies. This guy had *so* much talent. Incredible that he just couldn't keep it together eh? Massive sense of entitlement, though.
I’ve never facepalmed so much in my life 💀
All this because he didnt have a father figure as a child! The value of a dad is very understated
This could be a very entertaining feature film
It could be an interesting black comedy.
Look at what Mcgoldrick has managed to do and think about how this guy was supposed to be better. Don’t blame the people around him, he was his own enemy.
He joined a team.called Broadwater Farm? That will keep him out of trouble lol
"Was caught in possession" I appreciated that!
This guy got A LOT of chances.
West London? He’s from North London, at least get your facts right.
Was born in West London.. Obviously moved.
He was born in Wood Green, which is North London@@Cube146
run the streets for some is an addiction, the fun and excitement, the feel of the adrenaline. addictive personality doesn't always mean drugs. then u have the mental side, seeing, hearing and participating in all that violence, u know there has to be teens suffering from PTSD.
He’s 32. I sure hope he has time to turn his shit around. I’m 36 i gotta believe
He has so much time
No chance. He's barely played more than a handful of EFL games in 6 years.
Better to take the risk with a young lad who has discipline.
Oh boy. I remember Nile Ranger. I had so much hope for him at Newcastle. Sad story. Too many chances.
Way too many sadly
Nile is an absolute waste of talent!
How far could he have gone?
@@OffThePostYTHe would be a top striker in the Premier League. 30 goals a season
@@GeGeHD😂😂😂😂
@@GeGeHDTake it you no nothing about football top striker 30 goals a season he hasn't scored 30 in career 😅😅😅
@@skye8493 take it you know nothing of sarcasm...or spelling apparently.
This guy got soo many chances in life that its crazy...
He never wanted it. He was never hungry. His talent didn't work hard.
This would have been easily solved if he’d got 10 years for the armed robberies on a bus
As a child that would be too harsh don’t you think?
he was legit robbing and attacking people all the time, i think that would of been fair. @@OffThePostYT
@@OffThePostYT Have you seen how many children are being killed by knives? Knife crime deserves harsh penalties.
He would’ve came out at 25 with a worst mentality and even more dangerous…
then you send him right bacl to prison@@topMonger
Honestly I think it shows just how rare a talent he was if clubs remained desperate enough to want him through so much of the madness. And it also brought about change in that clubs will not fall for this type of nonsense again having seen the damage. I don't think another Nile Ranger story will make it that far. That standard has to be maintained even at the cost of losing some sublime talents.
Nile is obviously extremely troubled
No he isn't he's just extremely impulsive and has no self-discipline. Which maybe wouldn't be the case if he had had a decent father in his life.
I remember when he first broke onto the scene at Newcastle. Feels like a lifetime ago
