I did it perfectly he closed hatch I opened it with key and escaped and I did not get the achievement :(

I've never found a hatch but why wait until he closes it before escaping?

because otherwise you can’t use the key to unlock it, it spawns in when only one survivor is left but it is already opened, therefore, you have to wait for the killer to close it to open it again

I think it used to appear a few years ago, because I remember having games where all me and my teammates escaped through the hatch together. They must have changed it now ☹️

I read somewhere that you can open the hatch with 3 gens left, but if you don't have a key you got to wait til you're the last one.
