I saw this movie in the theater because 1) I loved martial art/action flicks and 2) a vampire hunter?? awesome! There couldn't have been a cooler way to introduce how badass Blade is. Once this scene concluded I was _hooked._ I saw and enjoyed the next two sequels as well, even though the 3rd kinda fell short. This was my favorite movie for years and I could not get enough of this track lol
The 3rd was a mess because Snipes had got too big for his boots and was acting like a colossal prick through out its filming eg, the famous eyes scene etc.

I saw blade not knowing he was part of marvel comics. I'm not into comics but loved this film. I thought it was a modern version of the old transylvania vampires Wesley Snipes played Blade cool Af.
Stupid part is, if the vampires in this scene had all rushed Blade at once he would have been torn apart. He took advantage of the fact that the vampire race simply weren't used to fighting opponents on even terms - they preferred attacking vulnerable humans who were unaware of their existence and didn't train for combat against other immortals with equal strength.
This one was the best one wasn’t it guys. So much so that when I saw blade appear in deadpool I nearly cried. It was like watching mike Tyson in the ring with Jake Paul.
Just imagine how badass you have to be to enter a vampire lair alone against dozens upon dozens of vampires... and they're the ones who are scared.
