- Hi, this is the person who edits these speaking. I had to rush this one due to time constraints so I hope I didn't leave too many mistakes in. Also, I know everyone wants to see stuff from the new patch and I wanted to say that that stuff will come soon, as quick as I can manage it once Trump is back from Germany--which is also soon! Thanks for everything in the meantime, all the kind words in the comments about the editing and putting up with videos from an old patch this last week. You guys/girls are awesome.

no, these are taken from stream and i can assure you trump doesnt swear on stream. He edits so much to cut the time down so you dont have to watch him think for 30 seconds each turn

Not really. He gave it taunt. Nothing fancy. Now if the opponent had played Mind Control Tech and stole it when Trump had 4 minions, THAT would have been hilarious.
ReMeDy No...I wasn't saying that the taunt was funny. I was saying that the opponent silencing the ancient watcher and not realizing that it could not attack was funny. His opponent accidentally handed him the game.

Every time I watch these, I just want at least one person to pick a terrible card and then just start laughing. Picking repentance over consecration would have been hilarious, or just picking any murlocs.

yeah kinda funny looking back at older videos and seeing cards still considered very strong before their nerfs. dark iron with perma buff, 3/3 clerics, 3/3 argus, 4/3 commander..

You know, while I have not watched the first game yet, I just finished watching the picking stage. I personally think the Ancient Watcher will work much better than the injured blademaster due to having both taunt-givers AND an ironbeak owl to silence it.
Balking at 3 Argent Protectors? Hell, I'd take 4 of them.

Even when Trump decided to pick the worst card every time on April Fools, he still got to 3 or 4 wins. He played as warlock though.

Was hoping to see updated arena matches, these 9 win matches are not as entertaining as they used to be, prior to the patch.

No he doesn't. Hammer of wrath had to be used to put the drake low enough for leper gnome to kill it, and the cairne had taunt as well. Wrath + gnome's deathrattle is only 5 damage.
irunknee Oh, yeah, my bad, for some reason i was under the impression Hammer did 4 damage, in my head it was "run lepergnome into minion, die, hammer win" but ofcourse that wasn't lethal:p my bad
why trump always lose to warriors ?
IMO, I feel its because trump doesnt value taunt (arguably didnt matter in the last game tho), and generally prefers monster-heavy to spell-heavy play. It places him slightly in disadvantage vs warriors who use charge and weapons to clear the board, and preserve their own in e process. Playing down monsters in response means u are on the backfoot and vulnerable to another round of charge/weapons etc.
Glen Heng If they clear the board in your hypothesis wouldn't that mean taunt is practically useless anyway as taunts have less stats? :/
TheLocoRunner Not entirely, I see where he's going with it. If they spend that round of aggression on the creatures they aren't spending it bashing his face in. Without charge they couldn't clear with creatures because they wouldn't do anything the turn they showed up. With charge, it's the opposite. The value of a charge card is that it acts the turn it shows up, the value of a taunt card is that it prevents its opponent's action the turn it shows up, meaning charge is almost universally better than taunt but usually comes at the cost of more stats as a result.
why would you donate 5 dollars for him to stuff his face with cookies it makes no sense at all!
