Molly you HAVE to share the Miss Teen Canada story. The brief was interesting, but the instant you said “I have to check my non disclosure agreement” you really made it official that you have to tell it. Goodness.
Okay, so hear me out: A Collab between Molly and Jessica Kellgren-Fozard where they talk about their negative experiences in beauty pageants, treatment of disability in them and companionship/relationships between contestants. Because both Miss Teen Canada and Britain's Missing Top Model seem like hot messes, especially the ladder. They could definitely be used as negative examples for disability representation as well.
@Dan Sgambelluri is there a list of who Molly is interviewing? I'd love to see it! I was hoping she'd interview Jessica. Also Joy Ross since Joy loves fashion and make up too.
I was one of the people who asked about students having guide dogs, so yes, please do a video telling the story of how you fought that restriction - can’t wait to hear that story! 👏

Just out of curiosity why does the word bullying have to be bleeped? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of talking about it? I know it’s not molly, it’s a youtube policy but it makes no sense to me.
It's because it'll get demonitized if it's not bleeped. TH-cam's censorship algorithm is very broad right now and tries to censor inappropriate videos about suicide and such (amongst other categories) so, the word "bullying" arbitrarily fits in that spot.
I think we all need a story about Miss Teen Canada, International. Because, I for one, have never heard Molly mention it before and I would love to hear more about it.
Wow. I love so much that Molly is showing me the view of life of a blind person. I am not blind but Molly shows me both the ups and downs of her life . We love you Molly. Also it is very interesting to hear any the school for the blind

You can make tactile graphs. They can be embossed or they can be printed on special paper that goes through a special heater that puffs it up. You can graph your own graphs with tactile graph paper and tactile tape, wiki sticks, or sticky dots. There’s an array of ways to make tactile graphs, maps, charts, etc for school.
I’m blind and basically there was this thing called graph paper which was raised and it had squares all over the paper. Then there were these things called wiki sticks which are these long things that you can stick on paper, that would usually go in between the XNY axis to show like the upwards or downward trend. There were also these things called bump on which are these raised dots stickers as well. To show different points.and they would show the axis we could also put the paper inside the Brailer are right the numbers along the XNY axis.

I just came back from your part 1 video about the school for the blind with your CVS partnership. That's so cool that CVS is doing that! I've nearly gone blind three times in my life, and until i found this channel it was my biggest fear the idea that someday, i might not be able to get treatment in time or it might not be enough and i'll go blind. So having this channel to watch has helped me a lot. And seeing all of Molly's promotional deals that help blind people are so great, too! It makes me feel like when/if the day comes, i won't be completely lost at sea, if you will. Like this one. I have an eye issue currently that means my vision is almost always diluted looking, if you will, so its already hard to read small print. I have an app that helps me read it on my phone. Usually, you know you're going to lose sight. Molly always mentions how she learnt brail etc when she still had sight, because they could see there was a possibility that she would lose her sight. Its likely most people do that when they know! It's why parents of hard of hearing children are encouraged to learn sign early on!
YES to the fact that blindness is on a spectrum. Most people assume it is just darkness. When I tell people I’m blind, they’re always surprised. I have extremely low vision, which makes me legally blind. No vision (darkness) in my left eye, 20/200 in my right. I know everyone’s struggles with blindness are different. For me, the people around me expect a lot, because they forget that I’m blind. I can’t do what normal people do easily. It’s very frustrating. Because I don’t “look” blind, it just makes it difficult sometimes for people to understand. I went to blind school also! ❤️ I absolutely loved it. They definitely allowed guide dogs. I can’t believe they wouldn’t allow it at yours - that’s insane!!! We definitely need that story time. Going to blind school was the best time of my life. I wish I had gone for longer. My son who is Deaf went to an oral Deaf school from 14 months old to 6 years old, because in his situation least restrictive environment was to front load his specialized assistance and then to move him to a mainstream situation. All the pieces of the puzzle matter, for Molly losing her vision completely in 8th grade it was smart to receive specialized training later. It all depends on everyone’s specific situation. We can only do the best we can with the information we have.

So because of all these stories related to this school for the blind experience Molly had, I want to share an experience of my own that's pretty similar (I doubt that she'll notice this comment, but that's okay). I went to a vocational school in Tennessee, but in a different city from where I originally live. This vocational school is very much catered to helping disabled people work through their barriers and become successful in life. At the time of me enrolling for a one week trial, I realized that this could be a great opportunity for me as I was struggling with my own confidence/self-esteem both professionally and personally. My ADD and learning disability can sometimes work against me, and that was how I lost my second job as a school cafeteria worker. I know that being in that school had its fair share of challenges, but in the end, it really opened my eyes to so many different things I wasn't aware of prior to knowing about the school. Being in that kind of "bubble" where the people you know also have a disability (mental or physical) can definitely feel comforting, and one of the things I enjoyed the most from my experience there was the weekly karaoke, being introduced to yoga (which I now implement regularly) and learning how to play pool. I feel like this is something I'll have to share in more detail in a DM on Instagram, but to sum this all up, this video in particular reminded me of something special. If you're reading this Molly, I appreciate your kindness, your encouragement and your overall attitude towards life. Learning about blindness through you continues to mean something special to me, even though I'm not blind.

I work for a non-profit that is very close to W Ross MacDonald and I’ve had the pleasure of getting to work with some individuals who are also former students from there! Hi Molly, absolutely loved hearing about your experiences at the school for the blind. As a blind student who has never been to one it was really interesting to hear about!! I’d love to hear more about it 💜 🐝
I can’t believe the school stopped u from getting guide dogs that is awful they should be allowed. Anyway I just want to say u have taught me that anything is possible even with disabilities as I am also disabled and u have taught me about self esteem and love so thank you so much ❤️😊 and again keep going strong in this difficult situation
I went to a school for the blind all four years of high school, and they also said that we were not allowed to have a guide dog. Funnily enough, i believe the rule was set in place because a student in middle school actually received her dog from Mira, brought it back to Florida, and when she got to the school she did not take care of the dog well, so it had to be brought back to the guide dog school.
I have aphantasia which means that I can’t see in my head or “visualize” and have learned that mental visualization is a spectrum, but I’d love to know if you can see in your head and what your internal “visual” world is like.
I want to thank you for bringing awareness to the effect of quarantine and covid on blind people. It’s something that didn’t really cross my mind if I’m honest since we tend to be very self absorbed x I’m so sorry about Gallop he’s the sweetest dog but I’m sure he’ll enjoy his retirement🥺 thank you so much for all your videos and what you do sending you lots of love xx
I wanna hear about your we charity experience. I’ve never heard of them. Maybe because I’m from the states rather than Canada. I’m still interested in hearing about it though.
Molly has such a great, beautiful sense of style! I love your channel as it’s helped me become a better advocate for accessibility in Brantford (so important!!). Sending love to you and your family 💗
Please do that story time! I am interested!!😁😁
Please tell that story!!! I love hearing about schools and stuff not getting away with doing shady things like that.
I would love to hear that story about how you thought the blind school for guide dog users rights tracing that 10 times fast
Molly I love what your doing. Your spreading information and stoping ingnorance. Your beautiful and amazing.
I’d like to hear about beauty pageant. Sounds like a story from some movie
Hi Molly, absolutely loved hearing about your experiences at the school for the blind. As a blind student who has never been to one it was really interesting to hear about!! I’d love to hear more about it 💜 🐝
Last time I was this early...oh wait. I’ve never been this early. 😂😂
Great stories! BTW I love your hair like this!! I hope you and your family have an incredible Christmas and New Year ❤
why is the word bully bleeped out lol
TH-cam policy
I can’t believe the school stopped u from getting guide dogs that is awful they should be allowed. Anyway I just want to say u have taught me that anything is possible even with disabilities as I am also disabled and u have taught me about self esteem and love so thank you so much ❤️😊 and again keep going strong in this difficult situation
molly: everyone in my class wanted to date me...
me: that sounds like the opposite of a problem
I went to a school for the blind all four years of high school, and they also said that we were not allowed to have a guide dog. Funnily enough, i believe the rule was set in place because a student in middle school actually received her dog from Mira, brought it back to Florida, and when she got to the school she did not take care of the dog well, so it had to be brought back to the guide dog school.
I'd love to hear your experience with Me for We. My experience wasn't good either!
Molly you are GLOWING 🥺😍
Why does the word bully have to be cut out?
Could be against YT guidelines or make less money on ads
Yay! Welcome back home to Canada! We love you!
I have aphantasia which means that I can’t see in my head or “visualize” and have learned that mental visualization is a spectrum, but I’d love to know if you can see in your head and what your internal “visual” world is like.
I can’t be surprised by the fact that you were Miss Teen Canada , but I think that deserves a video of it own.
Usually the word bully/bullying isn’t muted out but loved the video
@Dan Sgambelluri wait how do you know but thank for the info
Its a demonetized word. Maybe it just got added to the list recently
Oh my god. We need more stories!!!!
Plz do a story time about how you fought to bring your dog to the school.
I’m grateful that the quarantine gave Molly the opportunity for more Story Times.
CLASSIC LOVE STORY : Rock singer dates lead guitarist, band breaks up, bandmates break up.
Yep, sounds about right HAHAH
Yess! I need to hear the story about how it was prohibited to have guide dogs at the school for the blind! Please!
I'd imagine the dating was worse with the boarding situation
Molly has such a great, beautiful sense of style!
I understand that she probably has some help in suggesting and describing certain clothing and colors and ensembles (correct me if I'm wrong, of course, no disrespect or condescending attitude intended), but still, I'm sure that much of it is her own choices and taste, and it always looks amazing on her.
