Yooo I literally requested this not too long ago in the comments. Cool, I knew you would love this. Its a BANGER. Jared is a TH-camr that does like memes and metal content. But at the same time he is also a great guitarist. Howard is part of this whole project, its not just this song. Their debut album that they released last year has Howard singing in every song, this is a project between Jared and Howard so yes you gotta check out more. Maybe check out their second single ''More than just Myself'', it goes crazy too. 4:00 perfect explanation, same for me with that ''I need that build up'', back when I wasn't into scream vocals I still needed to listen to it and endure it just because it wouldn't be the same just listening to the chorus. Howard in Killswitch really helped me finding the beauty of this Metal Subgenre and everything. Howard in Killswitch was absolutely incredible, though I really don't care if its Jesse or Howard on vocals because each have their own thing to give to the band, and a song like ''Alone I Stand'' I really wouldn't want it any other way than it being sung by Jesse. I really love Killswitch Engage no matter if its Jesse or Howard on vocals. They currently tour together, Howard with his band Light the Torch and Killswitch Engage (with obviously Jesse). Howard goes on stage with Killswitch for like 2 songs every time, its really awesome. Great reaction. But yeah would definitely enjoy you reacting to more SION, some people (most people) get worse the older they get, but in Howard's case its the other way around lol, he gets so much better at what he does the older he is, he improved A LOT since his Killswitch days, and even there he used to be great already. And another fun fact ''SION'' is Howard's middle name.
You might know Killswitch from CM Punk's WWE theme, 'This FIre'...it's a banger, if you were hitting the wrestling games, it was in there somewhere. Howard is just fantastic, his voice is so pretty but so vicious, his cleans are like an opera and just murder uncleans (and looking at him...oooo...the man just has it)
And also Jared, he's fantastic. It's a perfect matchup, doing all the things to let Howard fly with the vocals.
Love Howard Jones but we need to speak of the rare ability of Jared Dines. Any time a guitarist can speak to the soul through his guitar, it’s amazing. It’s like listening to a verse of the song, without hearing any words and knowing exactly what they are saying.
Howard Jones in Killswitch Engage was so good. Howard Jones in Sion can command an army. We all need to be in that army or we're gonna die. Lol
Howard hits EVERYTIME! If you want a kinda dark, realistic song, check out As Bright As the Darkness by Devil You Know. Howard was the frontman for them for a time, or the band may have changed their name. Not sure cuz I didn't research it but Howard is there so thats whats important

Hey after thought, so you remember that davie504 video with the 36 strings bass and he mentions 18string and 20 strings in the intro. Jared dines had a custom 18 string guitar he played for awhile, he also has a shred wars series where he solo battles various guitarists and also has some spoof skits joking about stereotypical musician faces and stances etc. he’s also the creator of the biggest guitar collabs. I know you’ve seen one on stream awhile back
