  • In this video, I finally get to fix a vibration that haunted me all harvest. Going to replace the feeder house drive sheave assembly and variable speed belt. Also while I’ve got it in the shop, I’m going to repair the unload auger because it is not going into the cradle correctly and will not latch. #johndeere #mechaniclife #X91000 #farmlife #farming #milwaukeetools #snapontools

I don’t care if you like Deere or not. Watching a guy who takes one hell of a lot of pride in what he does, takes initiative to master his craft, and goes above and beyond to equip himself adequately to perform everything required is a lot of fun to watch.
You should be proud of what you have EARNED through time and dedication. If more of these people in the comments were like you, America would be a manufacturing powerhouse again.

Thanks for another great video ZK. It is interesting.
Wow. That was a big piece to remove and put a new one back in. A lot of pieces to remove and the gull wing doors to be able to swing that piece out. One heavy piece that was. Wow. Amazing how big those belts were. I was thinking
Of how much you had to R and R just t to get that drive unit out. Wow.
With the gull wing doors off you can see how complex this combine is. Just unbelievable. Wow. Lines and belts and hydraulic hoses everywhere. Amazing how complex.
Once you had the new piece installed it seems that things went fairly smoothly. I am amazed at how you do this. My compliments to you ZK for doing this job. Joseph seems to be coming along good with his training. He is fortunate to have you for a teacher.
Thanks ZK for another learning opportunity on that big combine.
Appreciate the video. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Not a hater,,, not a basher... but it took JD 3 years to release the X9 series... 13.5 has huge issues, fan drives have huge issues. They all have issues, and you're watching a channel that shows all their issues... Love the channel, love watching mechanical content... thx Zack for taking the time... No MFG is perfect, they all have their problems, or you would not have a job... LOL!!!

The drive train is often under a load for 10 hours per day. It's rare for a truck with under 600,000 miles to have a substantial parts failure (occasionally I'll get an engine light for a sensor, but nothing serious or expensive).
