But then, just as I think my luck is thriving . . . . THE UBER I ROLLED WAS A DUPLICATE OF THE FIRST UBER I GOT WITH THE 30 CATFOOD ROLL!!!!! AND IT WAS MY FIRST UBER!!!!!
Lasvoss is very good. He has been slowly being more relevant in the meta because mobility and damage is everything. Pretty mediocre pre true form but after true form has the power to one shot or 2 shot even the toughest enemies(ex:zero Luza) Currently for me ranked as second best dynamite under balrog and above baby cats.
Also with phono, one of the best pulls you could ever get, far from top 10 worst uber. I don’t know where you got that from but that is a big fat lie. Phonoa is my most people ranked as 2nd or best uber in the game.

I used seed tracking and I found out that I can't get an uber until the 17th draw on every single nomal banner (excluding the fests)

Thats not bad luck. What is bad luck is a total of 45 superfest draws and absolutely no ubers at all. Not even a dupe. Just nothing.

In the statistical sense it doesn’t really show much since a 5% takes atleast 20 rolls to guarantee one and if it’s at a 10% it’s a 1/10
