I think the million damage might be a bit much but he could definitely use a damage buff- But really I think what would be more fitting is if they were either a long distance attacker like cyberpunk, OR my personal favorite idea of giving him a much larger area hitbox but not reducing the range at which he begins to attack. This would ensure he hits if he fires and also maybe hit peons coming in waves during boss fights, making him a risky but rewarding crowd controller
Ways to upgrade filibuster cat: Make him like the dark hero advent Ubers, where changing forms changes his specific ability. For first form, he could be a base Nuker with the base destroyer ability, and we give him more knockbacks and health. While he has this, he could also have strong against or resistant to a couple specific classes. For this case, I’ll say they’re alien and relic, because at this stage of the game you probably have moved onto relic stages and/or old queen, and the alien trait with its many back liners could be sniped by filibuster. Not extremely overpowered and his range is still under-compensating for the real thing, but will help win stages in forgotten legends and beyond with enough support units and meat shields. For second form, he could have a bit more health and much more knockbacks, almost as much as shishi. His damage will also increase and speed will be doubled. In this form, he could have massive damage against all traits and even traitless, excluding metal enemies because, well, duh. Like Amaterasu, his range would liken to about that and his foreswing would be at least 2 seconds, because almost 10 for base game attack is garbage. For stages with many different traited enemies, he could absolutely dominate when paired with Amaterasu. With true form, filibuster gets insane damage and strong against, as well as another range boost. becoming an absolute force of nature against a select few traits, like maybe angel, floating, and Aku. He could also have shield piercing and behemoth slayer. However, his foreswing is a bit longer, with about 15 seconds of foreswing, in order to balance his absolutely giant damage. He would also have critical in order to destroy metal, a balancing issue second form wouldn’t be able to dominate. With the Aku-behemoth meta during zero legends, he would could carry until the very end. With his true form being achieved during the beginning of zero legends, he can help you for the rest of the game, or at least until the meta changes. However, protect him well in order to fully utilize him, because his health and knockbacks become smaller when in true form. With almost 15 seconds of foreswing, you must protect him well. Use tanker Ubers like cat machine or gamereon in order to protect and he will help win the game for the rest of the current meta.

Keep long attack animation and backswing From 17000 DMG to 121000 (363 / 60 is just around 5k dps - he's a good generalist now :D ) Freeze ability up to 8 seconds (not great for him alone but aids with permastack a bit. Reduce recharge time by 40 seconds. He *still* has his core weaknesses of taking forever and being made of glass, but he functions like a Crazed Bahamut with better range but more glass for his cannon. He's viable. Profit.

Personally I think he should have lasvoss type damage or just improved stats all around. He deals barely any damage yet misses his attacks most of the time because of his gimmick. Maybe give him the omnistrike of the original, high health, but maybe keep him with somewhat low damage but still good enough to be useful. Something like that would be very useful for killing peons or chipping the base from afar.

Imagine another version of the boss fight where he’s immune to knockback and damage but there are much weaker support units that are mostly easy to clear, so basically you have a 40 second timer. (This is a joke don’t take this seriously)
he’s not meant to solo, he’s meant to be a backline guy who occasionally deals good damage to be fair, he doesnt do that job well, but you could’ve at least done him a little more justice
there are no cats that are bad it just depend on how you use it like you solo your filibuster knowing that he has long attack animation if you protect him with meatshield or tanker he is not bad as you known

they shouldve made a hardmode of it in the extra area after you beat them, where no enemies spawn exept a maxed looking filibuster that CANNOT be knocked back and the base has extra hp. and you have to kill the base before they fire the attack.

he’s not meant to solo, he’s meant to be a backline guy who occasionally deals good damage
to be fair, he doesnt do that job well, but you could’ve at least done him a little more justice
there are no cats that are bad
it just depend on how you use it
like you solo your filibuster knowing that he has long attack animation
if you protect him with meatshield or tanker he is not bad as you known
the damage sucks too long attack animation freeze sucks

The catseye nebula boss is like bull
But the cat u get is sponge bob without muscles
they shouldve made a hardmode of it in the extra area after you beat them, where no enemies spawn exept a maxed looking filibuster that CANNOT be knocked back and the base has extra hp. and you have to kill the base before they fire the attack.
recent updates made him a LOT harder to hit since this time he knows how to make a distance, still beat him though... after around 9 attempts with rich cat
