    Greetings from California to India.
This review is %100 accurate in every way. The Interceptor is an engineering "triumph" but.... I only wish for a more comfortable seat. I would change NOTHING else.

It's been 5 months since I bought my Interceptor 650 and I've ridden it for 5,300+ kms and it has been an amazing experience so far with zero niggles whatsoever. Took it to Leh as well and it gave me an overall mileage of around 28 kmpl.

Good honest review. I like to personalise my bikes and as a bigger person 6'2" and 140kg I have added the following, some for ascetic value some for practical reasons so my current list is Risers, knee pads and Aero Rack from Motene, DNA Stage 2 filter kit, From RE Sump Guard, tall Fly Screen, Crash Bars, Fork gaitor Kit. I am looking for a good quality seat and will probably upgrade rear shocks to Hagon or Ohlins mainly for cornering, we have reasonable roads here in New Zealand with some great country cornering available. I am also interested in the Foot Peg kit from Hitchcocks and a couple other items from them and I think S&S here in NZ are doing good slip on mufflers to get lighter and away from those Cat converters....My bike arrives today so the RE stuff has been put on by dealer the rest are sitting on my bench...really looking forward to this bike. My usul ride is Harley Road King but I think I am more excited about the RE than any other bike i have had, reminds me so much of the Norton and triumph I rode in my youth. Once again thank you for confirming my choice, congrats to RE for doing this

Im 120kg and approx 6ft and i pull the ton easy even with a pillion. I have free flow mufflers and a booster plug is all the mods. When this review was shot my bike ODO was close 4500 KMS, so you do not do 2nd service until 5000 or 1 year or 10000 km or 1 year whichever is earlier, hope this helps..

I own this bike ,Everything is perfect apart from two three things
1 - Obviously the seat is not comfortable as many are saying.
2 - I have never seen a single person saying this but if you sometimes want to have a quick U-Turn ,The bike will fall on you for sure & even a 80 kg guy wont be able to lift it from the ground.
3 - The rear tyre wobbles a lot & thats not only my bike ,I have checked other also ,So thats a big Manufacturing Problem
But having said that ,in this budget I would again go for this bike as there is not a single bike like this one.

Are you kidding me! Himalayan doesn't do three digit crusing speed effortlessly? I travel 500+ km every week to my hometown and it takes only 6 - 6:30 hours and same amount of time to come back. I have had it from past 4 months and did 14k Kms on it. Riding jacket doesn't make you a rider! 😂
