This is how I would cook a squirrel in the fashion. 1. Butterfly squirrel and put it on a pice of tinfoil twice that size. 2. Ad herbs de provinces, salt, and pepper. Maybe a small bit of cajun. 3. Ad on top 2,1cm thick slices of lemon (in rings). Also a bit of onion. 3. Ad 6tbs of white wine, 2 tbs of lemon juice, and 1 tbs of bacon fat. 4. finally put in oven a 350 for 25 mins.

I just got me a crossman Legacy 1000. Cheap $50 pellet rifle from wally world. Got me some Gamo Silent Cat pellets they're a 10.5 grain pellet and they absolutely smack the squirrels
