I have 1400 paragon, altar done, but i dont know how to manage mana regen, and i dont undestand why use power hungry if you always on melee, is not better Audacity? Sorry for my english
Mana regen is just luck if many enemies are there. You have to shoot often to get many crits for more regen. You are not always in melee? I mean if there is a ring with over 85% more dmg, you go in there.

I saw your build, %Life is better than Armor?
I cant really tell. You get more shield relative to your life. But also armor reduces life taken. There is no real answer.

Probably shrine effect.
It's the potion power. Drink a potion and randomly get a shrine buff. This, coupled with follower gear allows you to get all 4 for 10mins

With some modifications like 2nd life and more toughness, yes. Did you look in the ladder? There are surely people playing that

You need to unlock the skill to get resource on critical hit o the altar

@@niemals2729 hm magic weapon also has resource on crit rune. Also, depends on numbers of enemies. See it at boss.

@@giorgosiosifidis4586 yeah you can play it with your friend. No problem. You get your arcane yourself via critical hits.
XD p 1400 good map and close to fail but its "to easy" xDD gg i guess but what a bad run, a p1100 clear it in 9 without conduit
