Fun fact about Executor Karissh: There's an Archwing skin called the "Exo-Sac" that is based on the Harkonnen-style levitators Karissh apparently used to get around, which he needed because he was such a disgusting glutton that he had _additional stomachs grafted onto him_ just so he could eat even more excessive amounts of food. All while the local peasantry starved.

About the mind of the warframes, until the second dream there was no tenno and warframe, just the warframe, people thought that warframes weres just suits or something like that, that's why at the time the second dream was such a plot twist since we, the players, knew as much as any other character in the game, and their minds was a mix of the tenno controling it and the personality of the person that the warframe used to be.
As I understand it there was a point before the tenno and the zariman where the warframes were standalone fighters without piolets, but most of them either turned against the orokin, went mad, or were destroyed before being remade later on by the tenno or for the tenno. This is why our choice of starting warframes is so limited at the start of the game. So that would be why gauss and grendel were buddies, it was before their death when they were somewhat sentient and they were unique, now ever tenno can have a Grendel of their own.
Fun Fact; Grendel's whole thing is absorbing and diverting kinetic energy, (hence why his 2nd ability grants him immunity to; Impact, Puncture, Slash Blast, Cold, and Heat damage specifically, all damage types based on the movement of molecules)
Put simply; it's not even that Gauss was too fast for the mines, even if they clipped him, he was literally immune to said damage, because it would've involved the movement of molecules, and thusly, gauss could control it to do nothing.
Imagine the last thing you see is a giant meat ball rolling down the road with only one thing in mind... consuming you and you alone

They are purpose built to be bros.
Ballas designed them as the Unspeakable (Grendel) and the Inescapable (Gauss)
Honestly, I wouldn't have been surprised if the only reason Gauss wasn't at the tower in his story immediately was because Grendel was hyping him up.
Speaking more about Gauss's story as well, he didn't just slam into a bunker and destroy it, he was running through a minefield so fast that the explosions were trailing too far behind to hit him.
If I remember correctly, the damage on the helmet in Gauss's leverian entry was because it couldn't withstand the heat generated by Gauss running rather than any actual fighting.
It wasn't just the helmet, his whole body.

Gauss is Hypersonic, this means five or more times the speed of sound (6000+Kph/ 4000+Mph).
Flash on the other hand is faster then the speed of light, 300,000 km Per SECOND. (which literally shouldn't be possible because it breaks causality and reality).
This is why i don't like DC and Marvel because they put little effort to make strong characters grounded or believable.
