“She’s been playing since she was in the womb.” 💯🎸 Unreal indeed. I’m shaking my head, partially in time to the music, in part in disbelief at what I’m seeing and hearing.
Thank you again for doing my request. I really enjoyed it and I felt same way when I first saw Evlee play. Don’t be too hard on yourself regarding your children I’m sure they are great kids. Thanks again you made my old 65 year old heart happy ❤️
Nah, I'm only kidding...my kids are great and very talented at what they do! Our boys are a blast of energy. Our 13 year old is on another level when it comes to doing wheelies on his BMX and he's a really good skateboarder! Our 9 year old isn't as interested in that, but he toodles along on the board. Lego is his passion! And our daughter is really great at skateboarding altho she doesn't do it much anymore, but she's an amazing artist!
As you said, what this girl did is really difficult and even more being so young. And what impressed me the most was when she played the guitar solo of this song. How much hidden talent there is in the world, well in this video you showed us a part 😊, thank you. Take care 👏👋
You got me, again. Thanks! She really enjoyed the piece, as we did. Her technicality is superb, and her artistry is blossoming If you like girls, this 10 years old full flowering balalaika artist might brings you joy. The little rabbit hole called Anastasia Tyurina. I will modify the last name, after i check. Name is right, but she is 13 now. Time flies.
This was an insane performance and so fulfilling knowing that children today are able to recognise the iconic classics no matter what year the talent is from.
Have to add one more comment Mrs. Realistic. The run she starts at 5:25 of your video completely slays me every time. I play it over and over. I lost my best friend in 1975 and he did that with guitar parts and I guess a little of Jeffrey Allen Smith lives on through me!
Mind blown!!! It reminds me of when I first came across Sungha Jung 15 years ago that kid was a freak of nature and now that he is an adult he’s an even bigger freak of nature lol , this little girl has a bright future! Also she’s playing a Tim Henson signature Ibanez, simply bad ass!!
Greetings from Scotland! I think you are right! These prodigies have access to a part of the brain which most of us don't use! It's a logical explanation for something unexplainable!
Evlee has gotten even better since this video. At age 14, she made this video th-cam.com/video/DKeKsYr3ke8/w-d-xo.html. Her mastery of the instrument and expressive play blew me away.
It's really nice to see that she has a smile. It shows that this is something that she really enjoys. Here in Taiwan, I see TOO MANY students that have absolutely no life at all. They go to school. Then they go to an "anjingbun" (early afternoon cram school). After that they go to "bushibans" (cram school). Then they go home and do their homework until they collapse from exhaustion. Taiwanese children are basically robotic slaves. You will see amazing music coming from them, but in most cases it's robotic because they do nothing but study extensively.
Kind of reminds me of Tina S doing "Moonlight Sonata". I just checked the video on her TH-cam page. It was posted 7 years ago so she was 13 or 14 and it has 46 million views.
As the swede I am, I listened quite a bit to Europe growing up. They never were my favorite band or anything, but they made some pretty good songs back in the day. The Final Countdown may be their most famous song, but it's not my favorite. As for Evlee, if all young people did what she's doing, the world would be in good hands. To say she's talented would be the understatement of the century.
this is what happens when the education system cares about the arts and music over here in the U.S they cut all those classes so they can build bigger sports stadiums China and especially Indonesia and Japan have high regard and respect for musicians and the whole culture stands behind them
Amen to that! I remember when I was a teen, the school board talking about cutting things like the drama and music classes, which were the only reason I even showed up in high school! Honestly, I couldn't care less about football or any major league sport. It just makes the owners and players rich, and people turn frenzied when their team loses. JMO tho. LOL!
@@MrsRealistic same here i am a musician and luckily band was still a thing in 1980 in my high School but last year they got rid of the last arts class and built a baseball stadium. i am so pissed off my taxes went to that
@@ericdarlington2332 The Western world has its priorities twisted. I grew up in Canada, and it was the same. Even if kids don't end up being famous musicians, just fostering a love of music is wonderful. I wish I had some kind of say in what my tax dollars went towards. We pay for the crappy public school system, even tho we home school.
@@MrsRealistic My wife lives and works in the Philippines I will be joining her eventually for now i care for my 82 year old father I am 60 and retired now my military pension will not support me once my dad passes and i have the house to myself. selling it , my property and my pension will make me a wealthy man in the Philippines on top of my wife's business she can then retire also and the music scene there is fantastic too with a short flight to Japan any time we want I love my country but cooperate greed everywhere you look has made it impossible to live my dreams here
I was 14 or 15 (depending when it was released).Europe was known as a Bon Jovi wanna be band. This song is a total banger.86 was the year Posion released look what the cat dragged in.they were the gate way band as far as me getting into metal...lol
Great reaction ! I think you'd probably enjoy Tina S and either her cover of Dragonforce's " Through the Fire and Flames " - th-cam.com/video/XpASSx0ecTU/w-d-xo.html OR if you're in a classical mood her interpretation of Beethoven's " Moonlight Sonata " - th-cam.com/video/o6rBK0BqL2w/w-d-xo.html BTW there's also a video of Herman Li of Dragonforce REACTING to her cover of " Through the Fire and Flames " which is priceless Enjoy !
She has the feel for music. It isn't always about counting the beats, and once you can feel music, you do this. Well done young lady!

Unreal indeed. I’m shaking my head, partially in time to the music, in part in disbelief at what I’m seeing and hearing.
Right?! Pretty darn amazing!
That was amazing. Brought a tear to my eye, for some reason.
Music moves the soul!
