CiCi give u a tips u can add sugar and it can be kept for a more than a week tho ... our eggs in the house won't even last for a week to reuse the sauce reboil the sauce again than add eggs can use it for more than 2 weeks . The only thing is to peel the shells omg it so difficult not to destroy the eggs have try many ways sometime its good and most of the time not so will try yr way wish me luck .. OMG CiCi jus try out and this is the first time for many many yrs try all ways but still destroy the egg when taking out the shell but today I try fantastic 👏 👌 😀 well done thank you for giving us the tips ... boil 5 eggs one spoil egg not fresh it smell so I throw away the rest when I took out the shells with a spoon and came out v nice 🙃 am please finally it works .... I didn't use yr sauce as I have my own sauce about the same as yr only thing is I add few more items to bring it to the next level by korean way ... You could also simply crack the shell and then marinade the eggs overnight? You'd create something alike Chinese tea eggs :-)
