Thanks for being transparent. From watching this, I feel more encouraged to gain knowledge and in ServiceNow.

I appreciate that. That's the whole goal is to show others what's possible. I'm pulling for you. Keep me updated on your progress my friend.
      Take care.

This was helpful, I earned a few badges and completed a few courses on the platform and now I need to try to figure out what career certification direction to take. Thank you!

Do ServiceNow have training for GRC? If so, can you do a video on that? I’m taking the CSA training now.

Yes they do. Go into NowLearning , search GRC and they have a whole learning path. I'm not quite there yet in my journey, but when I get there I definitely will create some videos.

Will i need to know how to code for the admin positions ? Thanks

    • @tehczavier

Yes and no. It depends on the team you are working with and how far the company/client you work for moves away from the out of the box configuration options that ServiceNow has.
The coding language used most for creating business rules includes Javascript.

@user-yr6xc7gg8q any time, my friend. And as someone who WAS terrified of coding, I can tell you that it's easier to do when there is something to be built.
