- Identify if your anxiety is productive or unproductive. If it’s in your control it’s productive and probably useful! Look for a solution and use the extra energy to solve for the problem. If your anxiety is not productive - meaning it’s not in your control - practice coping skills to get yourself in a place of balance and equilibrium.

Intrusive thoughts don't affect me like they used to. I sometimes laugh at them these days at how absurd they could be 😂
I also look at the core of any thought and question what it really wants me to see.
And it's usually a form of love in the form of wanting to protect myself or another. And so that would manifest as a fearful thought of losing someone perhaps. And so i instead focus on how much i love that person or pet for example 💗 because that's what is creating the thought in the first place 🙏
