ingredients
------------------
For Marination
-----------------------
1. king prawns 300 gm
2. coconut oil 1.5 tbsp
3.kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tbsp
4.turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
5.fennel powder 1/4 tsp
6.lime juice 1 no
7.crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
8.salt 1/2 tsp
mix all ingredients and rub into prawns and keep for 10 min.

For masala
------------------
1.coconut oil 25 gms (prawns fry 1st in this oil)
2. prawns flesh from legs.
3. small onion 10 no and 1 onion chopped.
4.green chilli 2 no chopped
5.ginger and garlic crushed 1 tbsp
6.crushed pepper powder 1/4 tsp
7.fennel powder 1/2 tsp
8.tomato chopped 2 small or 1 big
9.kashmi chilli powder 3/4 tbsp
10.turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
11.curry leaves few
12.coconut milk 1/4+1/4 cup
Method of preparation

1.In a pan add coconut oil
fry prawns in 8 min remove and keep a side.
2.same oil add prawns meat and cook for a few seconds.
3. add chopped onion and saute till soft.
4.add ginger and garlic and chilli.
5.add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
6.add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and fennel, pepper, then salt
Cook well.
7.add 1/4 cup coconut milk and place prawns and bind well.
8.remove and wrap in banana leaves.keep some masala for plating.
cook more for 2 min.
9.add 1/4 cup coconut milk into masala and make a sauce..

In a white plate some sauce is added into the middle of the plate. then place prawns and some onion rings.
