I'd recommend the Vizio soundbar with the built-in dual subwoofer speakers. You can find it for not much over a hundred dollars. It puts out a lot of good sound for its size.

My friend owned 28inch Bestisan. The moment the music is on, I was quite surprised about the great base and the clarity of the higher tones. That one is not even the updated and premium Bestisan line !
I just installed my new q90r and am completely blown away. I mainly game and games like borderlands 3 and such are mind blowing. Atmos audio and the thundering bass make it : Worth every penny.

Quite a wide range of budget soundbars, I think I will go for the Wohome S9910 it has everything I want in a soundbar. The design looks good as well.
