    I always find the tricky part having the left and the right sides the same measurement from the edge and being consistent on multiple hats. Thanks for the tips.

      Good catch! A single sheet of 3oz cutaway backing was used in the sew-out.

    Is there an option for doing this with a flex-fit cap that has stretch?

      Lilia, Rene here. Just treat it like any stretchy item - make sure there's good underlay under the design in multiple directions and use cutaway (not tearaway as you would no the regular cap system).
