One thing I didn't like about Venom's portrayal in this game is how he kidnapped MJ. Venom was unique among Spider-Man villains in that he had a twisted sense of morality and would not hurt or kidnap Peter's loved ones just to get at him. There was a time where he threatened Peter's "parents" but even then he felt bad about it afterwards and Brock never did it again.
Not too familiar with how venom should be, but I liked Venom's portrayal in this game and also the recent venom movies. Don't really like how he's portrayed in Spider-Man 3. In this game, he believed Spider-Man was a villain until Spider-Man beat him in the MJ level. My guess is he didn't put too much thought into his plan and wanted to stop Spider-Man (thinking Spider-Man is a villain).
It’s actually not totally out of character for him to kidnap MJ. In his first appearance in the comics, he breaks into Peter and MJ’s apartment, and MJ gets scared senseless at the mere sight of Venom.
This Scorpion mission is so unfair...the man had his life "taken away" from him once he has accepted to do a job to JJ Jameson and get himself in that suit and then, it's just a man seeking for justice and we have to go there to save him to be roasted in both beginning and end of the boss fight ("Spiderman! I ask for the police and I get this?!")...and on the top of that, it's the only fight whose boss is literally giving zero fucks to us (his attacks are all about keeping us far from the beef while he goes after JJJ, he even says "get out", like, "this is between me and him"), that's why I say: A good script also counts, if we had scorpions like, harming random citizens - regular people who don't have anything to do with the issue and we had to save him, this mission would have given us a lot more pleasure to finish
at least black cat is waring her face mask and everybody look how they should suppose to look why the did ps1 version dirty like that it had to be rush bcuz there's no way anyone can convince me that it wasn't rushed out for ps1 bcuz Dreamcast version fixed everything that is wrong with the ps1 version i might have to buy a Dreamcast in order to play this.
I actually did beat it after multiple tries, but looking back on this video, I must have cut out the successful attempt, rip. Might replay this game on Hard again and reupload another playthrough when I have time

With all the heroes in this game, lowkey wished we had at least 1 level with a partner or 2 but either way i still loced this game

Venom in this game is so much better and more accurate than Insomniac Venom.
