Ngl as much as I initially felt that the concept of starved sonic being a bit of a lazy copy of starved eggman, the way you’ve developed his character is actually very good, i think a good step away from cliches is the fact that starved sonic is still not a threat to his friends or his species ie he’s not a cannibal, niether is starved eggman but since eggman is already the villain, as much as it would be a bit cliche it wouldn’t be too surprising since eggman doesn’t really care about humans and wouldn’t have a problem hurting them anyway, but starved Sonic? He’s still a good guy, he wants to protect his friends and his people, but now he doesn’t just want to defeat his enemies, but make them suffer, and treat himself to their carcasses, thats I think separates starved sonic from the very cliche sonic.exe who is just evil without any effort put into the context of why he’s evil.
The only criticism I really have is sonic being slowed down to a max speed of only 30mph because of his starvation, sonic didn’t achieve running at the speed of sound from eating and exercising, his speed is a power that he was born with, I can believe him being slown down substantially from a lack of nourishment but ALL the way down to 30mph is a bit harsh

Realistically, there wouldn't be a good future, at least for Sonic. Regular Sonic would have a hard time outrunning Furnace, and Starved Sonic isn't nearly that fast

The power of plot somehow causes him to become immortal and somehow rise from the dead with some kind of crazy curse cause what he did was so messed up hell didn’t even want him, so instead, they send him back to the living world with a curse that he can’t die, but isn’t alive either.. just a reanimated corpse who’s starving to death, but can’t eat cause food turns to ash in his mouth. Sonic is now forever cursed to suffer from starvation but unable to die from the hunger.. permanently condemned to hell on earth cause what he did was so messed up hell didn’t even want him.

This is an intresting battle, but it's surely starved Eggman who will win due to Sonic lack of speed, because Eggman haven't change, only his diet and behaviour, he can build alot of things while still being human.
Plus, Furnace was able to catch Sonic in his prime, and this Sonic is nowhere as fast

I think starved sonic's story is this:One day sonic,after a fight against dr.robotinik,he found a dead flick on the floor it looked like he had died during sonic's fights against dr.robotinik in the first moment sonic mourned the death of the flick but in the second moment he felt...curiosity about how the flick tasted.
So he took it by the hands and took a small bite and it tasted WONDERFUL and he couldn't stop eating it.But he knew that eating innocent animals was wrong so he should eat an animal that was not innocent in his point of view,a animal that...he was fighting a few moments before and he was determined to eat him even if he had to fight tails,and meanwhile dr.robotinik was recovering from the previous fight he had received some injuries in the fall from the eggmovel but he was recovering and he barely knew that sonic was going to him...When sonic finally arrived without wasting time,with a bite,he ripped off the hand of dr.robotinik who gave a scream of pain and terror and sonic with robotinik's hand still in his mouth swallowed it whole leaving dr.robotinik terrified who obviously called his robots to delay sonic for him to escape and it worked!
His appeareance finally found where robotinik was and went quickly there,defeated the robot that was delaying him and found robotinik or rather robotinik found sonic and with bandages and a mechanical hand that was holding a weapon sonic began to laugh aesthetically but robotinik shot him and he fell to the ground passed out,but...ALIVE,and robotinik thinking he was dead went to his banker to celebrate the victory and after a few hours sonic woke up and already knowing where robotinik's banker was,he sneaked in there watching robotinik celebrating his "victory" and taking advantage of that,he took a broken robot inside and repeatedly smashed him in the head of the robotinik that fell to the ground dead,sonic did not hold back and stared to devour his prey but what he dind't count was that tails already knew what he he was planning and arrived at the banker but too late sonic when he saw tails tried to convince him about the act he had was right but tails didn't want to know and sonic with no options decided to kill tails but he couldn't even take a step that tails pulled a gun and sonic tried to dialogue with tails not to shoot but he,too,didn't listen...
