I am a fan of the captain and co-pilot Fiona, and their Shamrock 147. In fact, the first videos by JustPlanes I watched were of them. I favor watching them on JustPlanes because I’m so appreciative to JustPlanes for capturing their personalities, and the chemistry between these two exceptional people/pilots. I simply enjoy listening and watching them perform in their craft because, individually and as a team, they’re professional and personable, articulate, respectful, conscious of the other’s nuances, and appreciate humor. They’re outstanding at what they do because of who they are, and I thrive on that energy. I have watched all of their videos on JustPlanes, and I admit that I feel spoiled by favoring them to other similar videos by JustPlanes. I’m fact, I often watch the captain (Sorry, I forget his name during this writing) and Fiona again and again before any other. I also enjoy reading the Comments on their videos. I’ve not flown Aer Lingus, but am learning more about the airline’s outstanding reputation. Thanks to the JustPlanes, the captain and Fiona, and Aer Lingus. “Positive Climb.”

What a nice captain. The kind of person I like to fly with.
Aer Lingus....a great airline. If I knew when the very attractive co pilot was on this route I might consider goin' to San Francisco.
Seriously, Aer Lingus is one of the safest airlines in the world.
However, as an Irishman I'm not in the least biased.
It is one of the safest, only two fatal passenger crashs in 80 years, this year,of business, both in the era of propeller driven planes, a Douglas DC3 in 1952 and a Vickers Viscount in 1968.
I live in the SF Bay Area and I see this flight coming in often. The livery makes it conspicuous even when airborne and coming in over the peninsula during its approach. It's the only A330 that flies into SFO, I think.

Awesome! I’ve been to San Francisco myself and it is a beautiful city!! City by the Bay!! That A330 is a great looking plane! I have flown on it several times myself with Scandinavian Airlines to and from my native country of Sweden from New York.
I could listen to these beautiful Irish accents all day. Happy St Patrick's Day. I'm sure the blonde first officer is an excellent pilot, but she's also very pretty.
Great video!! So nice to hear from cockpit crew...very friendly indeed! I will be flying from San Francisco to Dublin, in 2 years for a big family vacation, for the first time! We are all so excited. Of course, we'll be on a beautiful Aer Lingus aircraft!!!!

I can't even find words to express how much I enjoyed this!! I'm severely aerophobic - so much so, that we had to move back to New England from Oxfordshire because I just couldn't get on a plane any longer. The events of 9/11 pretty much cemented my fear in stone. Videos like this - such beautiful views from the cockpit that show me all that I'm missing by being afraid to fly, and such a reassuring and friendly crew - go far towards "desensitizing" me. Thank you so much for posting this! As others have asked, so will I - what is the musical selections you've chosen at the end of this piece? I've "Shazamed" them over and over again and none of Shazam's suggestions are matches. Please help!

+dmfub2348 I was an air traffic controller in training at Gander Airport, Newfoundland, when Aer Lingus made its initial scheduled flight to Canada. That was many, many years ago, but I still remember the welcoming party. I went on to further my career at Dorval, (Montreal International,) where I continued to greet the "flying Irish."
Now living in retirement, the one thing I'll always have with me is a love for airplanes and aviation.
