I was at this. She has been given a suitcase with her child's belongings which she lays out before her on the floor as she sings this. Not a dry eye in the house. Artistry of the very highest calibre.

I find her vibrato just perfect. It has not changed since years ago, unlike Yoncheva and others.

@@MrJohannLubbe I respect different taste. But this vibrato was not written in by the composer and totally unnecessary as it has nothing to do "there". I was at the SZG performance 9th Aug and she did it in the way it should be sung.
