Frankston is presently dingery and uninviting. It could and should be the goldcoast of Melbourne, complete with highrise.
Frankston is becoming "the" place to be. Manly has a few towers and Beacon Cove has a few towers. All the cities eventually get towers a sign of growth. I live in Neutral Bay and weve got a few.
