Plus if an EAS alarm is too scary it can put too much stress on the individual which is very bad. Everyone just rates it on how scary it is which isn't an accurate way to measure how effective they are at all, people should do some research and stop putting the U.S. alarm so low because scientists worked very hard to make such a great EAS alarm.
