Even if he got a job, it's usually not a big of an issue if he only makes weekly/monthly videos. The problem may rise if he had high-production value on his vids, or his job was that time-consuming to the point of him not having enough time to make videos. Editing takes a long time to get it right. This is probably why he didn't want to bother making new review contents.

daaamn! Type V3 is a deep deep cut! you two (and jabman and rrobert) are why I got into the hobby!
I didn’t like those wings in the anime, but somehow they look better with the model kit. I have the K-Burning Gundam and I absolutely adore that kit. I ended up using my Gundam markers to paint up the sword and sheath.
The wings resembling the Master Gundam is intentional, as Kamiki went off to train with his master (Domon) and sparred with his master's master, The Undefeated Of The East; Master Asia
It looks like the clear plastic on this kit is the same as the plastic they've been using for the canopies on the new Macross HG's. It looks amazing!
Type V3 😢. One of the channel that i watched when starting gunpla 10 years back. Always watch his HGBF kits review
I'm definitely getting this kit. The effect parts alone are simply gorgeous. You you had the kick effect on the red, it almost looked it was made out of a particle beam or something. But when you had it over the blue light, I REALLY liked how it looked. It looked more like a multi-hued, almost magical flame, like particles/energy were being converted into flame.
Edit: also, I haven't built any of the burning gundam's before, so this will definitely be worth it for me
Edit 2: also, I'm much more excited for the 00 Diver Arc and my brother is really looking forward to the Plutine Gundam
I don’t mind that the fire sword is all in the beautiful orange. It reminds me of the shining finger sword which thematically works with this kit.

oh my god the intro, thank u so much for reminding ppl of one of the best Gunpla utuber ever existed in Utube, even he had quited reviewing gunpla, u are still be remembered, Type V3
The Shining and God Gundam are both modeled after samurai and the build burning which is modeled after them, eventually evolved to use a katana like a samurai, and now it has the master Gundam wings.
from what I heard from Japanese comments the design of the Kamiki/Shin Burning Gundam is also meant to be a homage to the 80's Sunrise anime "Yoroiden Samurai Troopers" particularly the red samurai's armor named "Rekka".
10:13 iirc, the original Try Burning Gundam did in fact make a sword of flame appear in its hand at one point in canon, so the flame sword isn't inaccurate imo. It just makes it look more cool

I think with the wings and and the poncho part, it has a lot more Master Gundam in the looks. If you repaint the white to black, it would look even more like the Master Gundam.
That's probably the intention.

I like how this Build God Gundam presents, like using reinforced condenser as the emitter to emit GN-like particles, Kanetake Ebikawa should have done that in 00 Sky or 00 Diver Arc or 00 Shia Qan[T], further enhancing particle distribution & stabilizing the output
Waited for reviews to come out since the old Build Burning Gundam's shoulder joints get really loose over time. Good thing this kit fixed those issues
Just a note on the fire sword. In the anime it is created out of pure fire and doesn’t have a hilt so it’s accurate.
i think the body is exactly the same as Kamiki Burning. (i own one but its in storage at the moment) save for the backpack being differently shaped for the new wings. the right shoulder now has a sticker and engraved area for said sticker but the head is reshaped and the crest is completely different now!

I actually like the flaming sword. I know that the holder is not colour accurate but the whole sword being made of a clear plastic made it look like the entire sword is covered with flame energy or as if the sword is constructed using burning gundam's flame

this is the coolest burning so far. the only HG kits i own are Burning i actualy like them that much.

@@SGHobbyoh definitely, the Build Burning frame (that and the Try Burning, Kamiki Burning, Denial, Schwarzritter, Star Burning and some more) have a simple yet incredible frame that you could basically pull off any pose you want (if the armor doesn't get in the way that is)
oh for sure, the Build Burning and Try Burning are awesome. the HG kits are more than easy enough for any level of experiance. @@SGHobby
They changed the fire effect parts to look shorter yet more spirally, I think. The old ones looked more dynamic, but these are made with a new resin.
I sense a Herrscher of Finality custom with this kit's kicking stance.

Was very much on the fence about this one, but now I am more tempted. Still not high on my list, but higher for sure. (I like big weapons on my suits, sorry)
With that weird split wing thing you did, you should see if both sets of effects will fit when they are like that.

Ooo, someone else excited for the Amazing Lupus kit. As soon as I saw the claws, I fell in love with that kit, because I had a very similar gundam weapon idea. A somewhat different execution, but very similar.

hm... talking the new acrylic like clear parts... the one on the legs do seem kinda crappy in comparison to the arm ones though? and the one in the body seems to be the same old just clear plastic? or is that just the camera?

Can you rough up the handle of the flaming sword so that it looks more like the whole thing is made of fire? Less like its color inaccurate and more like there was never a physical sword at all?

Oh, also wanted to add: While the polarized resin is cool, it bounces out UV light, so the effect parts are a lot less reactive than regular effect parts tend to be.

To this day i never expected BandaiNamco would use the name of Burning Gundam ( the western name version of God Gundam from Ggundam) and use it to make a Gundam from of it lol.

So where does this gundam pop up from? Last I remember was the gundam build fighters try ending which had the kamiki burning, never heard of this one.

This design is almost totally super robot, it resembles more Ex-Kaiser than your average Gundam.
"This is what any Burning is all about : punching, kicking" and making a giant flaming bird that nukes the Moon and crashes the server
Hope the Shin Kamiki Burning Gundam STILL Has the Burning Orange Effect Parts, and the backpack unit from its predecessor- the Kamiki Burning Gundam
