      Если учился,то учти, что фрезеровать " под зуб"( попутное фрезерование) чревато " подрывом" на выходе фрезы.

      - В одном из планов из-за синхронизации похоже что фреза вращается в попутном направлении, но если перевести глаза на шпиндель - ясно что во встречном. Всё правильно.

      Esse método não é correto, somente 1 passe com fresa, sem utilizar ângulo deixa a engrenagem sem contato em todos os dentes, irá quebrar novamente .

    Đôi khi chỉ cần là nhìn các bạn thợ làm ra sản phẩm như này lại thấy công việc nó "thong thả". Đây ko phải kênh dậy học, ai muốn học thì đi tìm thầy mà học. tôi là tôi chỉ thích xem để giải trí thôi. Nghề cơ khí, biết là nghề vất vả, bẩn thỉu, thu nhập lại thấp nhưng xem mấy video này lại thấy vui vui.

    2:16 WOW! Hitachi Seiki! Since this machine was produced, Seiki was bought by Mori, to form Mori Seiki. Meanwhile in the far-far land of Germany companies Decker and Maho decided to merge and invited the third company, Gildemeister to join, thus forming Deckel Maho Gildemeister AG. The Gildemeister company had good ties with the above mentioned Mori Seiki, and in 2009 the two companies merged to form what is now known as DMG-Mori. Unbelievable history!

      Very true ....but it is the "why" all this happened that is far more interesting. I was involved in machine tool sales at a young age ...in Western Canada. NOT a manufacturing center. Just maintenance machining. The last place companies wanted to spend any money was on "maintenance". The very old, heavy maintenance machines, when parts needed replacing, they bought Chinese ...cheap, cheap, cheap. Then when these machines broke down, and parts were not available, they went Taiwanese ...far better machines, but still on the level of "cheap". I absolutely hated being in this business and got out. But what WAS interesting was the evolutions of the machine tool manufacturers globally. The Quality Europeans builders, who really knew their stuff, could not and would not compete "price-wise"....and that's all the company I worked for wanted to sell ...in Western Canada. I watched the many Asian companies flourish. The top Quality, mid quality, and cheap Quality, ....all had their place. But if a customer wanted "cheap" ....which was usually the case ....I had NOTHING to offer. I hated this industry/job so bad ....when management/family were do clueless of the industry needs. There is only a limited need for Lamborghinis and Rolls Royces.
      Love machinery ....but hate the industry.
      I have to add, this Hitachi mill has seen its day, and when an arbor gets damaged as this one is, it is very telling of what this machine has been through.

      @@taxicamel The biggest strength of Chinese companies is two fold. One, they are extremely "adaptable". You want an electric relay and ready to pay $2,000? No problem, we'll make it for you and make it well. Oh, you only have $100 for the same device? NO problem, we'll still make it. And the fact is it can work for 2 hours or two centuries, it's a lottery.
      And second strength kind of stems from the first. They don't care about their company's "reputation" or even brand name. You don't want to buy from Chang Ming Ying because they sold you crap? No problem. We'll just form the "world leading" Ying Ming Chang and you will buy from us without even knowing it's us. As an example, King Long bus company is also the Higer bus company. Ask any sales person and he or she will deny they are even related.
      What's really missing on the market is "the next best thing", machines and goods of, say, 70% of German quality (which btw plummetted A LOT recently) and the price of 50%. As an example, you can buy an LG washing machine for $500 and it'll give you 5,000 cycles (if you're lucky). OR you can buy a Miele for $1,999 and it'll give you 30,000 cycles. But there is NOTHING in-between. The country/company that manages to conquer the middle of the market will win BIGLY.
      Oh boy, did this turn into a rant :-)))

    По науке, у конички в результате обработки получается зуб у которого получается 3 модуля ( на заходе, средний, и конечный). Таким методом можно обрабатывать только если кол-во зубов не более 18. В остальном все от лукавого, зацепление правильное не будет.

      Виктор, смотри до конца, китаец потом зубья довёл как заводские, а то, что точил с обыкновенного кругляка , я заказывал у ремонтников Водоканала пальцы, маленькие валы, он не калится!

      А шестерня и правда дерьмо. Тут кали не кали...хлам.

      Все верно. Такая шестерня долго не проработает. Коническое колесо при помощи модульной фрезы правильно не изготовить. Нужен совершенно другой станок. А такие шестерни мы у себя тоже делали, от отсутствия станков

    Good work. This how we used to do it, when I was a young machinist/ fitter or (Fitter /Turner) in the 80s.
    Though it's was always good if possible to fit to it's mating gear but not always possible.

    Прикольно :) Порядок работ должен быть такой. Черновая обработка с последующим улучшением металла. По готовом у зубу делается твч и последнее, чистовая внутреннего диаметра. Ну им колхозник ам и так пойдёт :)

    30 độ là đường kính chân răng.kia là đường kính đỉnh.còn đường kính trung bình nữa.khi gia công ntn thì đánh đầu chia theo đường kính chân là đúng

    Tiên bánh răng ăn khớp vuông 90 độ , thì bánh răng phải tiện 49 độ mới chuẩn , chứ tiện 45 độ thì sai

    *Supongo que se deben de hacer cálculos* para saber cuántos grados hacia arriba de la parte de abajo de los dientes se debe de girar el ángulo de corte para que los huecos de los dientes sean del ancho del corte de la fresadora en el fondo de los dientes y lo mismo la cabeza de los dientes tengan el mismo ancho para que quepan en los huecos..!

      Efectivamente hace falta saber calcular todas las inclinaciones. Y los diámetros, profundidades y perfil del diente. Y no és fàcil.
      Este vídeo està llenito de errores técnicos. Un engranaje construido de esta manera és motivo de muchos problemas y averias.
      Otra cosa seria una reparación temporal para una emergencia.

    Всё класно, но помойму нарушено последовательность обработки детали, сначала токарная операция с минимальным припуском под внутреннюю шлифовку потом зубонарезная дальше термическая и внутришлифовальная, но может ему и так сойдет и биение не важно 🤔

    Nice work but I don't think it'll be suitable for high-speed service because the cutter is cutting parallel lines. Where they really should be conical radial lines all through the profile of the tooth. It'll probably work for he wants.

      He's using involute gear cutters. They have the correct (inverse) shape for the for the tooth profile he's cutting. He's got the gear blank on a dividing head to ensure he gets the correct number of teeth and centered spacing. It may seem "old school", however, it's more the "poor man's" way of creating gears today. He's making it out of aluminum, which means he doesn't need the higher strength of steel.

    mỗi bánh răng thì có một loại dao phay riêng đúng ko bạn? ví dụ bánh răng côn 45 độ M2. thì sẽ có 1 dao phay bánh răng côn M2. bánh răng côn m2,5 thì sẽ có dao phay m2,5 đúng ko?

    I believe you can just call it a miter gear. Miter gear is 1:1 ratio, subset of all bevel gears.
