Many different nationalities have been integrated into the history of China. In ancient times, many foreigners settled in China. They live in China with their own ethnic groups. Gradually, they began to identify with the Chinese nation and consider themselves a part of it, even though there is a country established entirely by their nation. For example, the Korean nationality, South Korea and North Korea share the same ancestry, culture and language, but Chinese Koreans consider themselves China, not South Korea or North Korea.
