I am a real fan of the McConnell shery finished. Another I picked up is Limavady single malt it's 92 proof I believe it is also shery cask finished I think I paid $35 or $40 at the high end.
Not sure if you guys have it in the States but Micil Inverin small batch is lovely stuff that goes for about €45. Of the bottles you've mentioned I've had the West Cork cask strength and the Powers rye. I thought the West Cork was really good, but wasn't a big fan of the rye.
Have a bottle of the West Cork and enjoy it. Got to sample the McConnell’s and it was tasty. The others I haven’t tried yet. Have you tried the West Cork Peated?

100% agree that West Cork is a great budget friendly but still cask strength choice

Unfortunately we don’t have Micil in the US. I’ve got their Poitín, I’ve been wanting to try their Whiskey!
I didn't even know that Irish Rye was a thing. I'm sure I'd love it and need to oick up a bottle!
