Adam and Edward promised all will be explained! i have an feling it ahs something todo with Will and Ana! WHAT IF somehow he fread himself and got Ana traped in it , and Will somehow found out it was in Storybrook BUT than he didnt finde it
That Tuba Guy my theory is that the oracle is a disguised jafar (the red bird is clearly Iago) also too bad they replaced the actor I know Naveen Andrews is occupied with another serie but I miss him. He was a great Jafar
Oded Fehr was a great Jafar too, but Naveen Andrews got more and better material to really dive into and nail this version of Jafar so much more. But they're both better Jafars than Marwan Kenzari.

Jafar's return was SO underwhelming. He deserved more than THAT.
