Bethany Gallarde yeah she's like unhinged. WAY creepier and scarier and crazed than I remember from past episodes. (She wasn't this weird when she came back during one of those Frozen episodes and fought with Snow at the jail!) Maybe because she's separated from Regina so she's like super pure evil? That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. I feel like they're showing us now how evil and crazy she really was.
There's no good on her , since Regina is the good part in her ,she is all Evil and creepier Love her , Am I Evil too ?

Without Regina to counter the evil in the Evil Queen she seems a bit twisted... A little crazier than before. Remember Regina and the Evil Queen are two halves of one whole.
I rewatch OAUT at least once every few months. Love the show. Especially Regina. This scene though has always been my favorite. You can feel the twisted evilness. I love how they brought it full circle with this season. They begun the series with her as the villain and ended it with her. ( I don’t count season 7 lol ) I always rewatch her taunting them over and over because it’s so well acted.
I feel Lana who plays Regina/Evil Queen does not get enough credit. She's an amazing actor. So is the rest of the cast.

Evil Queen Regina is creepier... Since when does she taunt like that? It's not even creepy, just not like her at all. She's my favorite character so this really concerns me. 😂 I feel like the creators are going to write evil out of Regina for good in the end. 😭
I guess that's the difference between the Evil Queen with Pure Evil, and the Evil Queen when she's inside Regina.... I think before splitting out this kind of personality was tamed by Regina, now that nothing is in The Queen's way she finds it easy to act like that.... JUST A SPECULATION
There is no good in her. Regina was her humanity/good side. That's why she seems more creepier/darker.
Jenna Kujawski I think this season will have a lot to do with accepting both sides so I really think they'll realize she can't kill the evil queen unless Regina dies too since they are the same entity. So maybe there will be a moment of acceptance and they'll fuse back together. That's just my theory.

I think the Evil Queen will try to turn Regina dark so she can reunite with her again. Who knows how long she can exist without a heart. I also think she is going to try and turn everyone against each other. Emma's visions are from the Evil Queen.
Look at Cora. She ripped out her own heart when she was a teenage girl, and she lived without it for the rest of her life until the last few seconds when Snow White used Regina to kill her.

maybe the Evil queen timed it and she crushed his heart when Regina put the sword through him
It's kind of hard for him to live when she punctured his lung judging where the sword went through him. Also there is a chance that the EQ crushed his heart right when Regina stabbed him because she appeared at exactly the right moment.

The whole Land of Untold Stories thing was such wasted potential. That was something that really could have played out over an entire season, and the Dark Fairy stuff could have been left for Season 7 (instead of this whole reboot that isn't entirely a reboot dreck)
