yes and in number 22 you move the upper right stick from number 9 and put it on the minus and you get 0 + 5 = 5 , like few other viewers said and i guess you can find more things if you keep playing with your mind
in the number 15 you dont need to move 2 sticks , you can move the upper stick from the plus sign and put it on the left of the 9 in the middle under the upper left stick and you get 9 - 8 = 1
