The work executed though seems good for time being as the thickness of 3 coats having given would be only within 1.2mm which means it's hardness no will be more so penetration value is meagre,therefore span of life will be short if left as it was.One more coverage with fine PCC and water proofing must would have been done for long life atleast for 15 years.
What is that PCC ?

I did 3 coat with experience painter only . it was good only 1.5 year after that started leaking . this one working but don't know how many years it does the job
Definitely it should come for 5 years. Kindly do with water proofing specialist company products by trained applicators. Don’t go with painting companies with normal painters.

Dude, just in thought of advise, pls try pressure water cleaning method to reduce the human effort and time saving.
Ok sir sure. We will try soon. And manual cleaning gives good output and it avoids surface damages.
Sand blasting is the ideal one in this case : doesn't require water and they are scrapping it manually, which is ideal as well.
